Property Managers beware - When we called we were quoted $395 for a leak detection test, upon receiving the invoice the total was $445 I called to ask why the price was different that what they quoted originally and was told they upcharge property management companies.
Fairly unprofessional, when we had advised we were a property manager upon initial scheduling, wouldn't recommend based on unnecessary upcharge.

Exelent quick and quality service. Repaired our sink in less than an hour.

dont even get me started on how awesome these guys are. ive reffered several clients to them when i cant find a leak and boom they roll out pump some smoke through the line next thing you know theres smoke comeing out of the ground where the leak is these guys are efficient hard working and trust worthy ill continue to use them till im a dead person

When the person coming out needs to tell you they are qualified, that was the first hint of a problem. For a simple thing of finding a leak, they charge $425 for less than 30 minutes of time.

These guys came out to my house they were on time the guy that helped me out was super professional he pinpointed my leak I was able to dig it up myself and have a plumber fix it for 250 bucks plus the 375 equals $625 to fix a leak in my main, what a deal thanks guys

Had a great experience with ALD. We had another company come out initially and they misdiagnosed a problem that should have been obvious to a professional. We decided to get a second opinion. Eric with ALD immediately saw the problem and knew exactly what was causing it and what needed to be done to fix it.

They came out to determine whether we had a break in a sprinkler line. Turned out the issue was with our neighbor's water main. Since they were able to quickly determine this and no work was required the visit was at no charge.
