If delivering, they don't allow overnight parking... Large lot, plenty of space, in a busy City with limited truck facilities, but they don't care.

Service is generally terrible and the counter staff are rude. I would rather drive to Harrington then deal with Ferguson but some days I have to suck it up and go to Ferguson.

A few years and I know that the best thing about this all is the way I think about this is that it was the first thing that happened in my mind about the fact I had a few days off your meds 6AM said and it is not a bad thing for you depending upon your age of your child or a girl to get a job done in a relationship with your child or your child a iloilo

Can someone please answer the phone on Saturday's? Then people wouldn't have to drive out there to find out you don't have what they need! Thanks for wasting my time.
The only thing in stock at Ferguson is excuses as to why they don't have anything.
If Ferguson doesn't have what you need Home Depot probably does for a lot cheaper!!

So slow. Wait wait wait. Guys wonder around while theres a line. They get totally lost on there computers. Just getting a receipt takes a walk and tearing holes off side of paper. Buying three couplers they have to type dam novel on computer

Had a hose bib that was leaking big bucks. Wanted to replace the whole valve but none of the big box stores carried it. Lowes suggested Ferguson. They didn't have it either, my home is very old, but they did do something that nobody else did...asked what the problem was. In less than a minute they replaced the washer and it was fixed at no charge!

Very disappointed. I spend over $3,000 with Ferguson in the course of my home remodel. Due to a mistake by Ferguson, one of the parts was incorrect for the configuration of a shower install. I didn't find out it was the wrong part until we got to the end of the install and my marble tile had been completed. At this point, I needed a tub spout with a diverter instead of a non-diverter tub spout. Ferguson would not switch out the parts because it was after their 30 day return policy.

I came here looking for some equipment that I can’t get at Home Depot, got service within minutes of walking in and was out the door just minutes after that. The rep I talked to was very knowledgeable about his inventory and what was going to work best on my project and I got the job done successfully. I’ll definitely recommend this place.
