Was able to get an inspection next day super convenient! Donovan was a great guy didn't take much time to do his job explained things to me perfectly. Gave good advice about our big rooted tree and what problems it could cause if it came in contact with our septic tank.

Rueben was very conscientious of truck, hose placement to not damage my trees or flower beds. Very polite and represents his company well. My experience was pleasant and I will use them again.

They are so easy and amazing to work with. They have great pricing, nice dumpsters, great selection of sizes and lids for their dumpsters. Everyone that I've talked to there is really nice and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Everyone worked really hard on this project. They decommissioned two septic tanks and a water tank buried deep in the yard. More then expected. They ran into some issues, not their fault, but the city miss marked the lines. They cleared up the issue quickly. Very polite and friendly. Went above and beyond to clean up yard debris and even a tree I had cut down. They dirt is left smooth and flat ready for planting new grass. Over all I agree they did a great job. Thank you.

Ruben was the service technician for my appt and he was very helpful! He called me the night before my appt asking if the time he was thinking he could be here worked. I had no problem with his estimated arrival.
He was punctual and answered all my questions with no hesitation. I hardly knew he was here and my four dogs didn’t even bark once!
I appreciated his skill in keeping any noise to a minimum as it was slightly after 7am and I did not even hear his truck pull in to the driveway.
I will definitely use River City Environmental again and recommend them to friends, family and neighbors!

Showed up on time and prepared. The operator was personable and quick to catch on the process and lend a hand. The operator made a suggestion that improved our process, made it safer, as well as save time! These guys are industry experts and I look forward to working with River City Environmental in the future.

Came unprepared and not equipped to do the work. Did not bother to look at the GIS for the location of the tank head and did not bring a locator, which the technician told me they have in their facility. Nice guy but then I was charged $140 for someone to come and poke the rock solid ground with a probe and then leave.

My septic tank overflowed last night and it was raining ice but Robinson came out fast and fixed the issue great service from a great company
