James saves us. He came and repaired our mainline from the pump. We have several animals and cannot be without water. James prioritized getting to our property and getting our water flowing. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable.

James is great! We’ve used him more than once and he’s always been courteous and professional, and he gets the job done. He’s installed a new water heater, replaced old corroded pipes, replaced exterior hose bibs, unclogged drains, and fixed our drainage issues in the front yard. He is skilled, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

We had a huge underground water leak, James came highly recommended! He was friendly and responsive, clearly communicated about cost and what to expect. He was timely and worked very hard to get the job done quickly so we could turn on our water again on the same day!

This is 100% the plumber you should be using!!! We had so many issues of the big companies sending out people who couldn’t get the job done and doing bad work, Not the case with Legacy. Great person to work with, and fair pricing. Plus I love I know exactly who/where my money is going to

James did a great job getting my drains sorted out and replacing a few much needed parts of my plumbing. He made time for me in his schedule, was thorough and took his time to make sure everything was done right.

James was able to provide an estimate at a great price and was able to do our full re-piping of the house much quicker than expected. He stayed late to ensure the work was done multiple times and helped us out quite a bit as first time home buyers. Was also refreshing to feel as if someone is trying to help you out instead of screw you out of every possible penny. Would highly recommend his services now and in the future.

We had an emergency on Saturday and they not only picked up the phone but asked us to take pictures of what we were seeing. Thank fulling it was our sensor on our septic that had failed and not an emergency. They kept in contacted and told us to save our money on a Saturday emergency call and would come on Tuesday. First tech came on time and their plumber came at 6pm to replace the part. We live in Washougal in the country and we are super impressed with their friendleness and professionalism. We will be using them for all future septic maintenance.
