We done a lot of research trying to find the right people to help us with our trees, we had a bad experience with the last people we used so we wanted to make sure we got someone who would do a good job. We read a lot of reviews for Urban Forest Pro, all amazing reviews, so we had to see for ourselves. They did not disappoint! The crew worked hard! You could tell they knew what they were doing and even though they kept getting interrupted by traffic and nosey neighbors they were professional and done an amazing job! They removed 2 holly trees and done an excellent job pruning our pine tree, they left the place looking amazing! If we need any work done in the future we will definitely use Urban Forest Pro and we'll recommend them to everyone we know! Thank you for all the hard work!

I had Urban Forest Pro come out and trim back several shrubs and trees. They did a meticulous job of trimming and shaping my 50 year old Japanese Maple tree. I also have a monster wisteria they trimmed perfectly. I will definitely have them back when I need it.

Urban Forest Pro was wonderful to work with! They got the permits for our big Birch tree and removed it very efficiently. Cost was very reasonable. Dalton did an amazing job performing work quickly! Would definitely use them again!

We are quite happy with the job that Dalton and his crew provided. We had a variety of tasks for the team to deal with. All were completed satisfactorily. One job involved pruning a Japanese maple that needed to be cut back from the house. The pruning that was done enhanced the form of the tree which enhanced the visual effect. We just got our front and backyard trees serviced by Urban Forrest Pro earlier today. Jeff has always been great at recommending the best work to get done to keep our trees looking great, and the team today lead by Dalton did extremely high quality work and went the extra mile to make sure everything met our expectations. Super impressed by Urban Forest Pro for a beetle infested birch removal. The arborist that provided the estimate was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to identify plants and make some diy recommendations in other areas. The crew of three that came out to remove the tree were customer service oriented and clearly pros at dangerous tree removal. They left the site clean. A separate person came to grind the stump; he was very polite and quick with his work. While I was bemoaning the $3K price tag for full removal, they sure earned their money.

Urban Forest Pro is phenomenal. We’ve had multiple projects done with them - removal, pruning, cabling - and every time they’ve been out the crews have been amazing. Knowledgeable, attentive, considerate - def found our arborist!

Dalton, Tyler and team were so great. Carefully and quickly trimmed our overgrown apple, removed a rotten Harlequin Glorybauer and thinned out enormous fir tree out front—and explained in detail the reason behind their methods. It was educational and fascinating! They know their trees! Would absolutely recommend them for your tree removal / maintenance needs. Super happy with the results.

We have used Urban Forest Professionals for several years and have always been satisfied with their work. The crew of 3 that recently pruned 2 pine trees and removed a diseased arbutus unedo were pleasant, easy to work with and did a nice job. We’ll have them back again.

Fantastic team, our experience was above and beyond what we expected. Initial arborist that came out to quote was timely and very knowledgeable, we had a lot of questions, he answered all of them.
The crew (Dalton & Desmond) that came out to cut down our one tree and fully prune another very large walnut tree were incredibly thorough and efficient. They spent a lot of time making sure every overgrown limb was addressed and then some. Truly above and beyond service. Left the yard looking immaculate for just having a giant tree cut/pruned. Stumper came out the following day during the scheduled time frame, took 10 minutes total and then answered more of my questions, truly appreciative for their attention to detail. We are super pleased with the end result and will call them again for our next pruning in a few years. Highly recommend!

Our Japanese maple went from looking like Cousin It to a beautiful graceful classically shaped Japanese maple. Great work! I can’t wait to see it in leaf.

We have used Urban Forest Pro twice, after being referred to Urban Forest Pro by my brother, a remodeling/renovation contractor. We have a large yard in the Irvington/Dolph Park neighborhood, thus, have quite a few trees of various types. We were impressed both times, but this last time we felt compelled to provide a review. We've used various tree and landscaping services over the years, and we recognize that Urban Forest Pro is extraordinarily professional, they listen to what we are looking for, prioritize tree health, and take the time to provide good advice as to what we should do (and not do) even if what they propose involves less than what we thought we wanted (ie. less revenue). We don't write many reviews, but we wanted to share how much we appreciate their service.

Tyler and his crew did an exceptional job removing some troubling trees from slopes in our yard. Not only did they complete the work quickly and safely, but they communicated clearly with us and other construction crews onsite to ensure there was clear coordination across the work site. Great experience and I highly recommend working with Urban Forest Pro.

The crew from Urban Forest Pro were knowledgeable regarding my deadora cedar. It is a 100 ft tree in the corner of a small back yard. Impossible to get labor saving equipment in. The removed a 350 pound lower limb portion to save the remaining part of the limb. All four men did a great job. Two of the team are certified arborists I am beyond impressed with the crew leader, Dalton, in his knowledge of trees and particularly my deadora cedar. It is a beautiful tree and loved by my neighbors. It
brings shade, noise reduction, and a habitat for animals and birds. Thank you to Dalton and his crew for the fine work you did. The tree has looked so beautiful.

ps. I had gone to the grocery store mid day and realized I could not access my driveway on my return. A couple of the guys were sitting in the work truck on their lunch break and carried my groceries up to my front porch for me. Wow!

Our entire experience with Urban Forest Pro was fantastic. Jeff the owner who is very knowledgable, came out to assess the work needed and within 24hrs emailed the bid which was a very reasonable price and included everything. Dealing with the permits with the city, pruning by hand as some of our trees are on a slope, removal of the a huge tree and along with stump grinding and clean up. We are elated with the work done and done in a timely manner. The crew that did the work were so friendly and hardworking. We also received a thank you note from the company!! We will definitely call Urban Forest Pro again. Thank you!

The UFP crew did a great job pruning our big redwood and removing two small trees bumping up against our house. The whole process was smooth, from getting a free quote to scheduling to getting the work done. They cleaned up well and gave us good tips about maintaining other trees in the yard. This is the second time we've worked with them and will gladly call them again next time.

We recently had the Urban Forest Pro team out to do some work, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the start, the initial assessment was really informative and helpful. I felt like I understood what needed to be done and why.
The office staff were also great to work with. They were friendly and easy to reach, and their follow-ups felt helpful, not pushy. As someone who gets distracted easily, I actually appreciated the reminders and they kept things moving without feeling pressured.
The two people who came out to do the job did a great job and clearly knew what they were doing. They were friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop the whole time. When they finished, they cleaned everything up really well you could hardly tell they’d been there.
I work from home, so I was a little worried about the noise and distraction, but it honestly didn’t bother me at all. They worked efficiently and kept things moving without disrupting my day. I’d definitely recommend them.

Dalton and crew did an awesome job. Dalton was diligent and knowledgeable. We have a large native Oregon Maple. Urban Forest Pro has been helping us take care of this beautiful tree for a few years. Last year they did a special feeding and some trimming. This year we wanted to make sure we cut off any dead branches so we could weather the winter storms. Dalton and crew worked diligently and made sure to get not only the easily seen branches but hidden loose ones. They picked up and cleaned our yard so you couldn’t tell it had been full of cut wood and branches. We are extremely happy with the work they did today!
