Great experience from start to finish with Urban Forest Pro. Arborist, Tim provided excellent education about a large Doug Fir in our backyard. The quote was complete and transparent in cost, even estimating future services and frequency to maintain a healthy tree, which I appreciated. The team that came out did an amazing job pruning the large fir and were courteous and professional in their communication throughout the day. They left the site tidy and were respectful of our space. I will use them for future services and highly recommend Urban Forest Pro for pruning.

I used Urban Forest Pro to trim three trees on a home I purchased. The trees had been untreated for many years. Tim, the arborist, was helpful and informative, providing a timely detailed quote. It took about 10 days before the crew came out. They were unable to finish the job that day due to a late start. A new crew arrived later in the week. There were a few glitches with timing, and expectations, but these were addressed in short order. The crews were friendly, and respectful of the property leaving in good shape after the work was completed. I found their prices to be competitive.

I had a terrific experience working with this company. They arrived on time to provide a detailed evaluation and estimate and followed up to answer my questions and schedule the work. Everyone was very knowledgeable and super personable.
I am thrilled with how my Japanese Maple turned out, it no longer looks like a giant red mushroom. The beautiful structure is now exposed, making it a focal point next to my porch.
The Snowberry is now light and airy and off of garage wall.

This company cares about their reputation and that is very beneficial for consumers. There was a problem and they fixed it. I'm grateful for the arborist who came and cheerfully helped me out.
A general word of advice though; when a neighbor requests permission to enter your property to have work done, be absolutely positive you have all the information and facts about how that is going to affect you.

They did great work at a good price for my tree removal. My only issue you should be careful about is I elected to have my wood chips left, but I ended up with about 15% my tree then a bunch of other chips and junk I wasn't interested in. I brought it up with them and they initially gave me $100 off for my trouble, which was one of my two requested remedies, so I was happy with that and not given any trouble about it. I would suggest if you just want your own chips, as I did, you specify that. As I harvested the chips for my garden I found planks of wood and unchipped material so I contacted them again. I brought up the issues, it was basically 50% unusable material, and when they saw the pictures they apologized and made me whole. In the end I was refunded enough to pay for it to be removed. I'm very happy with the end result, they didn't try to evade the problem, they owned up to it, apologized, and made it right.

The crew was super awesome, the customer support was top notch, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, I'm very happy with the service. There was zero pushback over my issues, they were very accommodating, simply asking me what I wanted to make things right and they did it. Mistakes happen, but it's how you address them that matters and they did that with true professionalism.

Urban Forest Pro pruned several trees for me (maple, pear, and redbud). They arrived on time with a friendly and professional crew. The trees look great and I'm very happy with the work they did. This is the second time I've used UFP and I do recommend them.

I hired this company to prune a Sitka Spruce that is at least 100ft tall. The two men who did the job were very polite and finished the job in about 6 hours. The tree looks so much better now because all the dead wood is gone. The one man climbed almost to the top of the tree! He also removed some healthy thinner branches from a very large branch which has the potential to break off. In addition, he strapped that branch to the main trunk to help prevent it from breaking off. Clearly, this type of work is not easy, but these guys know what they are doing. I have hired them several times over the past six years, and I will continue to hire them because they are professionals.

We hired Urban Forest Pro to prune several trees and remove another. Jeff, the arborist, and the crew did excellent work. They were careful not to damage any of our shrubs and did an beautiful job with the pruning. The crew used clippers and loppers to carefully do the pruning and the results show the attention to detail. They did a good job cleaning up. The price for the work was very fair. As a bonus they walked through our entire property (new home to us) and identified all the trees and shrubs for us. We will definitely use Urban Forest Pro for all of our tree work. Highly recommend!

Urban Forest Pro has worked on several of our large trees and have done excellent work in the past. We just asked for their help with repairing 4 trees the landscaper "hacked". Arborist Dalton and his colleague did a wonderful job rehabilitating those trees which will take several years to repair. Knowledgeable, professional and just excellent with their work and explaining what and how they are doing the work. We will always use them for all our tree care.

Trimmed two large trees professionally in an afternoon. Prompt and affordable, and did an incredible job cleaning up afterwards. They assessed and treated our trees for the emerald ash borer, hopefully saving them!

Dalton and team removed one tree and prunned four other trees. I am pleased with the results, and their professionalism. My trees look great, and the team did a great cleanup job. Big thumb up!

I was very pleased with the work done by Urban Forest Pro. They showed up when scheduled, took out a very large maple with power lines next to it, ground the stump down and repaired the side walk which had been lifted by the tree roots, and cleaned up all the branches and tree trunk. They took care of all the permitting and kept me informed of work progress, since I do not live close by it was very comforting getting all the updates.
