These guys are the BEST! I have some ancient, giant trees that they take care of every year for me and they had to do some pretty ambitious, and seriously impressive zip lining of huge cut branches over my house. All done safely and perfectly. 10/10

We had a great experience with the Discerning Beaver Urban Forestry Company. Odaya and his crew were super knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They showed up on time, got right to work, and removed our dead tree quickly and safely. We’ll definitely call them again for any future tree projects!

For over 10 years, we have used Discerning Beaver to do tree work on a number of our trees, some of which are very big. They listen well and bring considerable knowledge in evaluating the work to be done. They also work closely with neighbors for trees that border their properties. We and our neighbors respect their skill, as they do an excellent job at a reasonable price.

During the weekend we received a photo from a renter at one of our properties which showed a split tree limb that was threatening to takeout his cable line. I contacted Odaya and he was kind enough to adjust his Mondays workload and that afternoon removed the menacing limb and other ones that potentially could cause future problems. He and his assistant Ronan cleaned up all of the debris in a timely manner and the property looks great. We appreciate his immediate response to our issue and his overall professionalism. We will use him again for our future arborist needs. Thank you. JB

This is my second time and second house I’ve had Bryce and his team out to remove stumps and they did an amazing job. They made quick work of 6 large stumps and looked at a few trees on the property I had questions about. I will definitely be calling them again.

We had a 2.5 ft diameter stump + leftover logs from when the tree came down all located in a hard to reach spot (walk up only, must carry in and out, no heavy machinery). The team of two was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job moving the big debris left over from the felling. I got bids from 5 companies and only found 2 who could do the job. Very Good Stump Grinding had the fastest turnaround and a competitive price. So glad to have that taken care of.

Very good stump grinding did a great job..2 stumps one in front and one in backyard. Skim cut in front saved me money..They did a 6 inch deep shred.
