Bryce was a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to my request for an initial quote with a fair and competitive estimate. His follow up and communication was excellent. Actually even adjusted the price downward when we later changed the scope. He has all the equipment needed for large and small jobs and he and his tech were very skilled and mindful of my property and other landscaping. I highly recommend!!! 5 stars!!!

Totally excellent experience- both Bryce, the owner, and his awesome coworker, sorry I forgot his name, were very thoughtful about not damaging adjacent grass or other trees’ roots. They worked safely, quickly and did an awesome cleanup job. They even used a blower to make sure the area was looking clean and tidy.
Bryce was very responsive in texting when they were coming and when they were leaving.
I can’t give any higher rating than this!!

Very happy with the work they did.
I had some very large stumps to remove 6 feet across with roots and they went 18 inches below surface. They also cleaned up a 200 foot area in front of my property, delimbing quit a few trees.
These folks wasted no time getting the job done !! Thanks 😊 will be using them again for future prodjects.

I couldn’t be happier with Brice’s work! He was well educated, had the best equipment, and was all about safety and clean worksite. I was tempted to rent a machine from depot myself. After seeing what he did, and how far down he dug, there’s absolutely no way the rental machine would’ve done that, it also would’ve taken me days to do what he did in an hour. He has the big guns!!!!

Will absolutely be recommending him to everyone.

Bryce and Jack were awesome—total pros and super down-to-earth. The kind of guys you actually want to give your money to. I originally called and they gave me a date that was about two weeks out, but when I asked if there was any chance of getting it done sooner, they got back to me quickly with an earlier spot (which I really appreciated, especially knowing how busy they are).

They showed up early, knocked the stumps out fast, and made the whole thing easy. Great service, great vibes. I’ll 100% be recommending them to friends and definitely using them again!

Two friendly and super competent guys showed up to grind a gnarly stump that was constrained by sidewalks. They did excellent work. I’m happy I chose this company…and BTW, they weren’t very expensive, either.

When we had a downed tree in our yard, we were so grateful for Bryce's help. He was able to come on short notice and got the job done quickly. We'll use him again for future needs and happily recommend him to anyone.

They removed a big maple street tree and ground down the stump and roots all in a day’s work. They did a good job of even getting the roots that went up right to my sidewalk.

I had several quotes and theirs fell in the middle. I went with them because they could do it the soonest.

They left the sidewalk and street clean, which was appreciated. They were a nice bunch and seemed like they were enjoying their work. I’d hire them again.

Notably, my neighbor saw the crew here and hired them to prune her street tree when they were done with mine. They did a really beautiful job with the trimming - much better than other companies I have had come out trimming my maple in the past.

Jack and Bryce were the dream team! They arrived exactly on the agreed upon time and helped us remove nearly 50 feet of a dead 100+ year old hemlock tree. They worked tirelessly to safely and efficiently get that massive thing cut down and placed where it would be convenient for milling. The price was beyond reasonable and I would happily hire them again. They also took the time to explain their process and to get to know us and what we were after for the job. I cannot recommend Very Good Tree Removal vigorously enough; it was a superb experience.

I have a small stand of douglas firs on my property near my home that need attention. I really appreciate working with Urban Forest Pro and I trust the judgment of Tim and Matt the arborists to help prevent future damage to my house. I have hired this tree service several times... they always do a great job, I appreciate how Dan and Alonzo were very careful, knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, cleaned up the debris, and took the time to leave a few nice limbs for firewood -- even replaced a damaged sprinkler hidden in the grass. They took the time to explain in detail what they were doing and why. The office staff is really helpful too... shout out to Casi and CD who I've spoken with to arrange my recent project.

Had some tree limbs pruned that were extending onto our property . Urban Forest Pro did quick estimate and gave advice on course of action. Tree specialists arrived for appointment for limb removal right on time, and were professional throughout process. Most work done with precision by pole saw, so not too loud. Thanks for help

Urban Forest Pro has been my go-to tree trimmers and arborists for years they do a great job thinning our giant firs as well as shaping our Japanese maple. Their expert trimming has revived the arborvitae I thought we were going to loose. They have good sense and know when to leave something alone and let it grow. They have a lot of respect and knowledge and are proud of what they do. I have bid other companies but find that UFB is fairly priced and they have never let me down. I always choose them. They have also removed 4 trees from our property so we have trusted them with some really big jobs.

We needed to remove a large tree in a precarious area on our property and prune some surrounded trees. Urban Forrest Pro gave us a competitive estimate, but ultimately we decided to go with them for the knowledge and friendliness. We trusted the people we worked with and we are so glad we went with their service. The team was great at communication, they cleaned up before they left the property, and did a fantastic job at removing our tree with zero complications. I hired this team for two separate jobs, sidewalk reconstruction with root cutting and tree trimming. The on-site presence was professional with jobs well executed. Given the demanding city ordinances around trees, it was comforting to hear their arborists' knowledge on the topic.

My only feedback would be more communication during jobs from their team, particularly around arrival times.

This was our first experience with Jeff and his crew. They were timely and very professional. They did a meticulous job of pruning two huge Japanese maples, reshaped and trimmed high tops of pines, and carefully cleared out years of old wood among our 70 year old wall of rhododendrons. We will certainly have them again!
