I had the opportunity to work with Chad at Pence NW. He was awesome. The whole process was totally seamless. He was able to work around our busy schedule and keep the impact on our business to a minimum. The turn around time on the job was great. The quality of their work was spectacular. The subs they hired were respectful and efficient. I am already in the process of hiring them for another job. If you are doing any commercial work you should definitely give them a chance to bid the job. You won't be disappointed.

We are so happy we chose Pence NW as our contractor for our remodels at our two Baskin Robbins franchises! From the beginning they were super easy to work with, consistently on time, and answered all of our questions along the way quickly and thoroughly. They listened to our concerns and worked with us on issues such as staying within our budget and completing the remodels off-hours so as not to interrupt our business hours. Noah at Pence NW was in charge of our projects. He worked very long hours to stay within our timeline and was easy to get in contact with to answer questions the whole way through. All the subcontractors (tile and drywall etc.) that were used in our projects did very high quality work. Noah kept our complete satisfaction and quality craftsmanship a top priority throughout the process. Overall, we had an extremely positive experience with Pence NW, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with an upcoming remodel/construction project.

Pence NW Construction recently completed an extensive remodel of our newly purchased building, and transformed it from warehouse and office space into a very beautiful and spacious medical office in just under 2 months. The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. Their bid was very competitive, and true to their word, all construction was done by the project due date. It was an easy choice to trust Pence NW with our remodel, as we have worked with them before on the construction of our first office location several years ago. Brent, Chad, Noah and the rest of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable, and the quality of their work is outstanding! They were diligent about communicating with us throughout the entire process, and any questions we had were addressed immediately.

We have now been in our new space 2 months, and are loving it. Our patients constantly comment on how nice the new office space is. And I’m happy to say that their customer service is still excellent. Anytime I have needed to ask a question regarding the remodel my calls or e-mails are returned immediately. Saying that I would highly recommend Pence NW Construction is an understatement.

Pence Northwest Construction great. We had owner Brent and his superintendent Austin at our home for 2 differnet projects. Was for a complete home remodel and a major tear out and reconstruction of 180ft retaining wall that was poorly put together between properties. They were both friendly. Brent was communicative with us on what to expect and when, and also was responsive to questions and ideas. He walked us through the process. Austin at the project site was friendly and also responded to questions if we had any when he was there. There team was timely, efficient, and professional, there jobsites were tidy and organized. The only delays we really had were due to waiting on supply chain issues, and when that happrn they communicated that as well. We will definitely use them again when the time arises.

Pence Northwest was amazing to work with! They helped one of our borrowers rebuild their home, and throughout the course of construction they were attentive, kind, and professional! I worked mainly with Sierra Belknap, who is an absolute rock star! Her prompt communication style and professional demeanor made our time working together extremely easy going and she was very considerate regarding both company's policies and procedures. Hands down one of the best contractors I've ever worked with! 10/10, no notes.

There are so many good things to say about Pence Northwest Construction! Highly skilled, super efficient, beautiful quality work and very friendly! Brent Pence, the owner and project manager, was so patient with any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to really want to make us happy! His team of workers were so quick, it was wonderful! We had a 180' retaining wall and fence put in. The project involved 2 of my neighbors as well and Pence Northwest Construction was able to make all three houses happy... no easy feat! They worked in the cold and rain of December and January quickly until it was finished. The end product is beautiful! I love, love, love it!

Anatoly and his team helped us with a roof replacement, highly recommend them for repair work. His team worked incredibly fast and the results are outstanding. Anatoly did an incredible job with talking through our options and explaining the condition of our home. When we approach our next repair project we'll absolutely have AP at the top of our minds.

Q & R built me a patio pad. A car pad and re did my driveway. They were also on time- usually they were early. They finished on time and kept me informed. Would I recommend Q & R. I already have and I am getting a quote for another project. If you want it done right the first time use Q & R. They really did a job a handyman did for me and boy what a difference.
