We had our home seismically retrofitted for earthquakes and repair three major cracks in the foundation. Justin, the project manager, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The crew did a great job, cleaned up behind them finished on time. Thanks for being such a great contractor.

We needed to have our foundation checked & repaired for the sale of our home. Justin came out that same day & assured us that it wasn't a structural problem & was going to fix the cracks. He is extremely busy now but he had 2 guys come out at 6 AM in the morning to get us done in time for our closing of our house. They were kind, efficient, & did a great job. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The team did an excellent job with the project at our house. We had 2 beams and 2 poles in the basement installed, some foundation crack repairs, and a new concrete pad poured for our back door. The crew checked in with us throughout the project and kept us up to date on their status and next steps. We would definitely recommend using Western Construction Systems.

I'm not surprised by all the five star reviews. Western Construction Systems was easy to work with from start to finish. Here are some things I appreciated: 1) FAIR AND CLEAR ESTIMATE: David listened to what our foundation concerns were, inspected the damage, then created a comprehensive, honest and fair estimate that addressed those concerns along with some add-on projects that we could include if we wanted to. (BTW, We had estimates done by other foundation companies that were 3x the price of WCS and wouldn't have addressed our core foundation issues.) 2) COMMUNICATION: We always knew when the crew was arriving and when they'd be back. When plans changed (and they usually do on big projects), the office was on the phone letting us know the revised plan. 3) RESPECTFUL CREW: I know it sounds old fashioned, but they were the "Please and thank you" and "Yes, ma'am" type of workers, and I appreciated that. They were hard workers, nice guys, and we kinda miss having them around! Tyler was a great crew leader. Anyway, the project is finished, our foundation looks great, and we're glad we went with Western Construction Systems.

Great experience from start to completion. Justin did the original estimate free of charge on a home in Beaverton that We were considering purchasing. The proposal for repairs was very detailed and complete, so much so that the Sellers of the home agreed to pay for the repairs before closing. Tyler and crew were very efficient and professional on site. I am planning on using this outstanding company again for needed work on the home I will be selling in Eugene. All I can add is 'WOW'.

I've had the opportunity to meet Justin, David, and Tyler for two different projects. They are all very professional and easy to understand when explaining work that needs to be done or has been completed. The work is excellent and once they begin a project, my experience is that they are fast and good at what they do. What I like best is how easy they are to reach and communicate with, as we all know water issues in the basement can be stressful and require action quickly. Now, that I think of it, the communication is great, but I guess what I like best is our basement has been dry and looks much better than it used to! I would recommend Western Construction to anyone looking for a company that is going to do a great job with foundation repair/basement waterproofing and hold your hand the whole way.

Western Construction Services did a great job repairing some cracks and holes in the foundation of my new home. Tyler and his crew were very professional, accommodating and responsive. They were also extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

We hired Western Construction to install a trench drain in our driveway and fix some rock pockets in our foundation. We hired them in July of 2022 and the work did not begin until November of 2022. When they installed the trench drain, the slope of the drain was so steep right in front of the entrance to the front door it was a severe trip hazards. They had to come out and redo the concrete three times to get it right and this portion of the work was not completed until May 2023. Then they overcharged us for the foundation repair work, when we brought it to their attention that said they would reduce the price but not warranty the work. I was at a loss as to why you would not warranty the work. I just want to pay for what was received. Finally, we received an updated invoice and they overcharged us on the sales tax by $113. I think this company could really be great, but they are too busy to pay attention to the details. And it is the details that matter. Will not hire them again.

Thank you, Tyler, for your team's excellent work. Juan, Frank, and Isiah were professional, pleasant and hard workers. After 40+ years in our home at the bottom of a valley, we are absolutely thrilled with a dry basement even during recent heavy rains! The underground drainage system and single sump pump work perfectly and quietly. Even the washed clothes hanging on the line dry faster. You are miracle workers!

Western Construction was on a list of contractors provided to me by my realtor to do some foundation repair as part of a home purchase.

It's my first house and I don't know anything about construction, so I was nervous about it. The WCS team was on time every morning, got the job done exactly on schedule, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They had a friendly and very nice crew and the results look great.

I did have some trouble with communication with their office and getting the project scheduled, but Kyle made it right and I'm willing to believe it was simply due to the pandemic on right now, so not taking any stars off the review for that.

They repaired my foundation and it looks brand new-awesome job. They answered all my questions and were respectful of my property. When they left, the area was so clean you couldn't tell they had been here doing the repair. Everyone I interacted with from the beginning to the end were friendly and knowledgeable. If needed in the future, they will be the first one I call.

Tyler, Juan and their crew did an amazing job at our home. They installed their gutter system and were finished in just a few days knowing that we didn't have our hot water heater connected. They are great with communicating and assessing a situation to figure out what needs to be done. Highly recommended!

The estimator and technician who did the work were very professional. The Technician especially kept the area clean and left it in good condition. This was our second time working with Western Construction to repair leaks in the walls of our basement. Both times they did very good work.

Western Construction Systems came highly recommended by several other contractors, so I was not surprised to find them to be a top notch company. I had a foundation issue that had left others scratching their heads or suggesting solutions that made neither structural nor economic sense. Isaiah, who came out to quote the job, suggested a solution that made total sense, both structurally and for a very fair price. I am totally pleased with the job and confident in the skill and workmanship that Travis and Frank put into the job.

The work on the foundation and gutters was done on time and very professional. The construction crew was very good and cleaned the work area exceptionally. I would recommend Western Construction Systems for all foundation and gutter jobs.

I am very happy with the work that was done on my foundation. Isaiah and I both inspected the foundation together and talked about what needed to be repaired. He at no point tried to up sell me with that said there are a lot of companies that do. Isaiah’s crew came out in the following weeks to do the repair. I was not home during this time. I did have some contact with his crew during the process they were professional when they contacted me. When I got home that night I noticed some of the repairs did not get completed. The next day I contacted Isaiah. He was apologetic and got it fixed right away. The crew left the work area clean. I will be using them in the future as I have more work to be done on the house. I would recommend this company.

Western Construction Systems came out and did exceptional work at my house! They went above and beyond my expectations! They were friendly, professional, and hard-working! They took care of all the issues that I had concerns with and then some! Their prices were fair, especially for the high quality of work that they did! I know I pestered them with questions, but they were patient every single time. Before I contacted them to have the work done, I had high anxiety about the drainage issues. When they were finished, I felt confident that there were no more issues. Peace of mind is priceless!

They handled the job of a leaking basement wall with no disruption and they left everything spotless. Very professional and dependable.

Western Construction installed our sump pump in an old and unruly basement a couple years back. We continued to have mysterious leaking since then, and they haven't given up on us. For this last (and final?!) leak, Tyler installed a quick drain the same week that we called. I was expecting it to take months, since they had to drill into the concrete, but it took four hours! They left everything clean and tidy as well. I hope we don't need Western Construction again, but if we do, at least we get to work with a great company!
