I am extremely pleased with the expertise and work that was done on my foundation. Before contacting Western Construction, I had two other bids submitted by local companies. Both of these bids included excessive foundation work that didn't need to be done. Western Construction gave me an alternate that didn't involve lifting the home off the foundation. Permits were secured, the work was done in less than two days, and approved by the city inspector. Western Construction kept me apprised of the steps and timeline, and answered questions. I am very appreciative of the guidance and work done for me.

Perfect in every way. From the moment we met Tyler to the moment his crew left our driveway upon completion. Everything was great: timeliness, communication, expectations, product explanation, care with dust collection (of which there was none), absolutely everything!!! No reservations in recommending Western Construction Systems to anyone!!!

We had Western come out to install a sump pump on our church property. The team was professional, fast, and tidy and did a great job on the installation and concrete work. They took time to answer all my questions and did a bang-up job tying their system into our existing downspouts. We look forward to having this installation help us with our basement flooding.

Tyler and his crew were professional, communicative, on time, courteous and kind. Efficient, knowledgeable, everything you want when hiring someone to help you with your home situation. This was the second time we hired WCS and I'm so grateful we did! It was good to see the loyalty of their employees as many of the faces that worked at my dad's home in 2019 were still with the company! I would highly recommend WCS to anyone looking for foundation work or porch lifting like they did for us. 100% satisfied!

Our job was a relatively small but complicated foundation repair on an almost 100-year old house. I was pleased with the work of Western Construction Systems from the bidding process through to the final inspection. Isaiah saw an approach to the situation that was straightforward and caused us minimal disruption. He was realistic about when they would be able to do our job and how long it would take. The work crew was extremely professional, skilled, and friendly and communicated clearly with us as things came up during the project. They even did a few extra things without adding to our cost. In a wet and muddy time of the year, they left the job site neat and safe every day. Five stars plus!

I have worked with Isaiah on a couple projects in the Portland area and he has been such an invaluable resource with his knowledge and thoroughness. He is communicative, honest, and goes the extra mile to ensure the job is done right. I appreciate that he isn’t just coming out to slap a bid on a job- but rather truly assess the condition and give an educated proposal for the work that should be done. Isaiah went above and beyond to inspect the space and suggest resolutions that were both appropriate and affordable. We had 3 other companies bid the same job and they paled in comparison to Western Constructions integrity and customer service.

We live out of state from the home we have for sale, so when we learned we had water in the crawlspace, we got 3 quotes. Tyler was the most observant and resourceful figuring out the underlying cause, and worked with us to keep costs down by not “overselling”. Tyler did a great job communicating with us long distance and keeping us updated. And was very thorough in making sure everything was as it should be. ‘Gave me a lot of peace of mind, since I couldn’t be there myself to see and ask questions. Office was very efficient and friendly, too. Highly recommend these guys! Great integrity!

First time home buyer. I was referred to Western by my realtor to look at my crawl space. I had already gotten a scary quote from a different crawl space company and wanted to space out the work. Western came and suggested I use a company they work with to dig out the crawl space to a serviceable height. I did that and that company was great. Then I had Western back out to widen the crawl space entrance, add concrete to correct and exposed sewer line located in the crawl space entrance and add a door to secure my crawl space. They came on a very hot day and got all that done. They were a pleasure to work with the entire way through. Not a single problem. They cleaned up their worksite when they were done and were very communicative during the process. Now I can have any contractor, plumber, heating cooling tech etc out to my house and no more complaints about the crawl space entrance!

The team at Western are awesome. They are always quick to respond and easy to communicate. Their pricing is fair and their skill is superior. I love recommending them to my clients when their home needs a consult. Cambern Homes.

They were very pleasant to deal with. They always let me know when they were about to start their work. Everything on the porch is solid and looks nice. Also, they cleaned everything up really nice before they left.
-
Extreme clarity was given about all the work that would be done and what problems the work would solve. Very expeditious workmanship, professional, and a clean worksite was maintained throughout the job. I highly recommend Western Construction.

WCS did a beautiful job repairing cracks in my foundation. Easy to deal with, reasonable price, timely completion of the work. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Western Construction Systems LLC was great! Tyler was extremely personable and professional when we met with him regarding an estimate. He provided us with a fair and reasonable estimate. The two gentlemen that came and worked on our foundation were also extremely friendly and professional and did a wonderful job improving our foundation. Their work was completed in a timely manner and they left the property as good as they found it. We had no issues with how we were treated nor how the job was completed.

Western CS did a wonderful job to upgrade drainage on my property. Mike and his crew were always on time, started working right out of the gate, and cleaned up afterwards. Nice group of guys. Also, I want to add that Isaiah was flexible in changing/adding work due to needs and timeline of other contractor's work.

My garage and lower level has been flooding lately. I got 3 professional opinions on how to address the matter. Tyler with Western Construction came out.....thoroughly evaluated the problem and made a proposal that seemed most likely to resolve the problem. He was the most knowledgeable representative of the 3 different companies and had more than a "one size fits all" solution. This company was highly recommended to me by a very wise family member who was very happy with their service. So am I!

Juan finished the Gypsum board walls and ceilings that had been placed and fire taped by others. He did a smooth finish and painted the final product. He did a great job, and always communicated very well. He was prompt and completed the work on the schedule that we had discussed prior to starting. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again.

I had to tear down an aging patio cover with fiberglass panels for a roof. The cover was in place when we purchased the home, put up by a previous owner at some point.
In the course of demolishing the structure, I found that the fiberglass panels were tucked under the asphalt shingles of the roof of our laundry room. When the fiberglass was taken out, a 4" gap was left open to the elements between the laundry room roof and the interior ceiling.
Juan and his framer Jacob were able to come up with a plan to build in the laundry room fascia and soffit. When the patio cover was built, there were some stringers cut as well as a piece of fascia "trimmed" to make the cover's roof line; Jacob had to do a fair amount of custom, on the fly carpentry to get things right.
I've attached some "before and after" pictures to show what I'm talking about.
The project was completed quickly and I'm satisfied with the quality of workmanship for the quoted price, I'd hire Capitol City General Construction again. -
I hired Capitol City General Construction to remove my popcorn ceiling from a large vaulted area. This included texturing and painting the area and cladding some beams in drywall. It was a big job and it was well done. Juan did a very good job, especially with the drywall - I was impressed with how well the tricky area around the beams came out. In the middle of the job it rained and I realized I needed a new roof. This required additional drywall repair and painting. I added a large amount of wall painting to the job and Juan and his team worked really hard to get this all done. The effort really shows and I would recommend this company! Juan is good at communicating and arrives when he says he will. This job was priced fairly too.
