Constraction reviews in Salem, Oregon

Jairo was very responsive and scheduled service at a convenient time. He arrived on time with the tools needed and fixed our leak very quickly at a fair price. Highly recommend!

Jairo, the owner, is professional. He responds promptly and charges you accordingly. He works fast yet effectively so that it won't cost you extra service hours to pay. He has been my handyman for years. His current charge remains adequate. I highly recommend him.

Jairo and his team are fantastic! He is reliable, reasonable, and he has helped us in countless ways. He has handled many different jobs without an issue and his broad experience shows in his work. He cleans up well after himself and he really is great to work with.

I called Jairo back for a second time for several odd jobs of maintenance around the house. It is obvious he really cares about you as the customer and wants to get things done exactly how you want. Jairo did an exceptional job doing small repairs on doors, counters, window cleaning, and exhaust cleaning. I know when I need some repairs again, I will be calling him back.

Jairo did a great job installing my garbage disposal. He was very professional, on time, and made sure everything was working correctly and no leaks were present before he left. He made sure he left the area nice and clean as well i would definitely use him for future projects in my home.

Very professional! Highly recommended! Jairo has come to our home in several occasions, he has helped with replacing our garbage disposal, re-stained our hardwood floors, assembled furniture, installed our security cameras, paint our ceiling when we had a leak, unclogged our bathtub, repaired and painted our deck and even created a wall closet for my children's bedroom. Every job he has done for us we have not been disappointed. He is also bilingual (Spanish/English) which is a big help for my family and I. Need a job well done call JJU Maintenance.

They were friendly and professional. I just wanted them to do the plumbing underneath. I was doing the job myself and didn’t need for them to go any further and for once someone listened!

Due to my limited budget I am doing replacements a bit at a time for my house. JJU was able to do this small job for me. It turned out awesome. I later hired him to replace an interior window frame, finish a bathroom door frame and repair closet doors. Will continue to use his services!

Talk about above and beyond! I reached out to AM Construction for a quote on repairing a small area of wood rot on the exterior of my home. Juan came by promptly and texted me reasonable estimate right after his visit, and we were able to schedule the work for later that week.

While they were here, not only did they pressure wash under the eaves all around my home along with my front pathway (for no extra charge), but they touched up the paint on some other spots on the exterior that were peeling (they took a sample to Home Depot to get a custom match since I didn’t have any extra). And then . . . my gas stopped working (I realized later that the seismic shutoff device was likely tripped due to the vibration from the drilling), and Richard figured out how to reset it and re-lit the pilot light on my water heater to get it working again. They saved me the time and hassle of having to contact the gas company, make an appointment, and potentially go a whole weekend without gas while waiting to get it fixed.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
