They were professional and courteous. Reasonable pricing and they wer able to accommodate the unique needs of my project. I will call them first on my next project.

We got hit hard by the ice storm of 2021. Took out our Weatherhead. Got a a real honest quote as to what it would cost for the repair. Luckily they had two fine young employees in the area, they dropped by, made sure the repairs were "certifiable", Signed off on the Inspection. Could not have asked for better service, oh wait, yes I could, dropped into Their main office down by Salem, spoke with a fine young lady that cordially accepted my payment for their services, even though I was a wee bit short. I admit, I was running late to the appointment. I called Cory to explain why, and to give him the code to the lockbox so he can start with the estimate. He was rude and and did not give me a chance to reschedule appointment and said I needed to call another electric company. I will definitely not call them again. Thanks Cory for your bad service!!

Lance and his crew were absolutely AMAZING. A great experience with Cox Electric and would recommend to everyone. Showed up on time, kind, attentive, & I'm actually sad they can't stay, haha! Tanya was also excellent to work with and I really appreciate her taking care of us. Hope to use Cox again in the near future. Cheers.

This company is amazing! They came out and took care of the lighting at the RV Park and did a great job. They were efficient, communicative, and knowledgeable on methods that could save us money. Thank you for you!

Was happy with the installation, both guys were very cautious in the work, cleaned up after themselves. Did have an issue with the living room fan chain not able to pull to adjust the speed. After contacting the office they had the installer stop by and fix the issue.

Where to begin? Cox Electric has been the best contractor we've ever worked with--and we keep coming back to them after they first started fixing the many, many problems in our house 11 years ago.

They've practically rewired our entire home at this point (in stages), installed a generator, and wired two complicated winery buildings for us. We've relied on them to make recommendations and provide guidance and options about the best way to light spaces and get optimal power to equipment and buildings all over our rural property.

They're flexible, kind, professional, responsible, and highly ethical. Are they the low bid? No. But I'm delighted to pay extra for the incredibly fantastic service. The owners, Corey and Zandi, are two of the best people on the planet, and all of their employees uphold their very, very high standards. Everyone who has ever worked here has been fantastic.

It's a great company. Consider yourself lucky if you can get them to remove your shorts.

They are phenomenal company. We had some guys from Cox electric changing all the light fixture via Energy Trust program. Not only they did that they even fixed the other lighting issues in the business without any hesitation. Highly highly recommend.

Top notch until they have to fix a mistake they made.

Seems like since they bought out Eoff, they are running this branch like every other Northcoast. The counter staff don't know the parts, the orders are wrong and they are slower than ever!!!!!

Bill's customer service is exceptional. He is always going the extra mile to make every order correct and complete. Many times he has helped me by anticipating what parts I may need to complete my job.

Rod is quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They have been great to work with.

So disappointed in this business. We asked for some cable hookups to be installed in our office for WiFi. we showed them the other cable hook ups in our other rooms, we told them not to do them since we will have the downstairs. They told us they would do it for free. Well, they charge us per hour...plus since they sent 2 people that doubled the hour. When they left their quote was around 700 our bill was 1000. What trash. This was so misleading and they chose to do extra work that we didn’t ask for.
