I'd love to say working with Blue Raven was a great experience, but it wasn't. We signed up with this company at the end of summer '24, we are now going into spring '25 and we are still waiting for the final touches to be done. Of course the sales process was great, taking our money was easy. The permits came in quick. The electrician was friendly but Blue Raven didn't account for our the size of our heat pump. So it took him the entire day, starting at 7 in the morning till dark, I had to take a day off of work for this. But when the inspector came, he said no it won't work. So had to schedule again, another full day off of work for me and another full day without power starting at 7 again, and another full wall in my garage torn apart. And yes I'm still waiting to have it fixed. My hope is that these solar panels do their job, because if we need anything repaired I dread the process. Going solar was a dream of mine, going through this process with this company was a nightmare.

Did my grandparents solar. Absolutely sickening to hear about the experience. They were totally manipulated. They told them it was half as much as the bill was supposed to be and it wasn’t at all. They are on social security and can’t get out of this contract due to shady business and workers. Absolutely sickening.

I'd love to say that I would recommend Blue Raven to my friends and family, but as of right now I absolutely would not! Our sales person was super informative and friendly. The process to get approved went smooth and fairly quick. The installation went fantastic -- the crew was awesome. We did however notice that they had a broken windshield and they said they have informed the correct people, but haven't gotten it fixed. Seems like you would want your vehicles looking as sharp as possible as that is mobile advertising for you company and you want someone to see you well put together. The worst part however has been AFTER installation. As an incentive, Blue Raven is supposed to be covering our payments for several months. Have we received a payment? NOPE! When we call we get the run around. No one has a clear answer, you get a different answer depending on who answers the phone that day, plus you'll NEVER receive a call back when requested. Once you get your panels installed you'll be 100% forgotten about!! This company is ALL about the SALE and not about treating their customers like they matter. Hopefully my electric payment being smaller makes up for the lack of care and payment from Blue Raven.

If you want a masterclass in how to waste $30,000 and your sanity, look no further than Blue Raven Solar. It’s no surprise they went bankrupt, and Complete Solar’s 2024 takeover hasn’t magically fixed anything—they’re basically running Blue Raven on autopilot straight into chaos.

Highlights of this disaster:
The system is under-engineered.
Energy credits? A whopping $25/month, while we pay $174/month. Flushing $30,000 would have been a more profitable investment.
First customer service rep openly admitted he took the job only because his teaching job fell through due to COVID. Professionalism: 0/10.
Supplies arrived late, and when they did, they were wrong. Coordination was nonexistent.
Complaints were ignored, deflected, or met with weak excuses. Eventually someone admitted the system was under-engineered, but solutions were never offered.
Calls went unanswered. Emails disappeared into the void. Staff appear to have mastered the art of pretending unhappy customers don’t exist.
If you’re reading positive reviews about Blue Raven or Complete Solar, assume they are either fake, paid, or written by masochists. Working with this company has been a complete financial and emotional disaster.

Our next step: we are hiring a law firm to pursue this matter. Avoid this company at all costs.

Blue Raven does not live up to their promises. Their checks bounced a month after install. It took months for them to catch up, then their checks bounced again in June. They gave us a support ticket but no one follows up on the bounced missed payment. They missed a check again in October and they agreed to 18 months worth of payments but are now stating they only agree to 17. Very dishonest with no concern for their clients. Seak other solar companies before considering them, they can't be trusted and their product is more expensive than others.

The process has been full of changes , but people are nice, finally got panels up minus state rebate because of the bank and mess ups. I filled out 3 different change orders because of bank no longer doing panel loans everytime 20 minutes to put in both hubby and my birthday because of having to press back to 1969 and 1972 one year at a time.There was one more last minute change in design layout of panels today by install team, but have been reassured that won't change the promised estimated input of wattage. We will see. Also looking at the reviews I see that there IS option for battery backup for outages. We asked that question multiple times and never heard about this option. EVERYTHING looks good from the ground and pictures. Praying after all the hiccups that this is worth it. Thank you, Rachelle & Travis Adams

Sales process was very smooth and helpful. I chose Blue Raven based on their reputation and they didn’t disappoint. Richard, the sales person in of the project, was easy to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable- a pleasure to deal with.
Portland crew 4 performed the install and was very professional at every step of the install. They clearly know and have a passion for their task. They communicated well, came well prepared, did a great job and left the property in an impeccable setting.
Looking forward to being connected to the grid and putting the system at work now!

I would highly advise looking elsewhere for your solar needs. I have been working with Blue Raven since November of last year and have encountered one issue after another. The only part of the process that ran somewhat smoothly was the initial sales part. After we decided on a price, it was decided they needed to “upgrade my main electrical panel” and increased my quote to cover this. When it finally came time to install, they found a workaround and did not upgrade the panel. I have been asking them to remove the panel upgrade charges for months (since it didn’t happen) and am met with crickets. I seem to be the only party involved that wants to get this resolved so that they actually get paid. This is only a snippet of the issues I’ve had throughout the process. I used Blue Raven years ago and was very pleased with my first experience, so I was actually a returning customer. I can assure you I won’t return for a third time in the future.

Travis was great to work with. He did great work, on time, and within budget.

Titan Electric had Cody do our work. He was knowledgeable, had attention to detail and was able to finish all of our work quickly. By the end of the day our hot tub was wired in, he came up with a solution for our garage plugs constantly tripping because of a fridge and 2 freezers,, added additional outlets outside and replaced our bathroom fan. He was professional and left everything tidy. We will definitely use him on the future and would highly recommend him.

Low voltage installed our security system, what's cameras on two 4 story building's the work was done clean and efficiently. Rusty was the tech there i highly recommended this company and ask for Rusty great guy great customer service
