I had JD install the low voltage and fire protection for the entire apartment building I am working on. I was amazed with how well his team communicated and how workable they were. I gave them hard deadlines which were always met as well. The work was clean and efficient. He was always honest in challenges that came up as well as gave me advanced notices before any issues came up.

We've had Low Voltage NW work on a number of our facilities. They've added fire alarm 2-wire networks to old facilities to meet codes, and they worked with our GC to build a new $15M construction when we moved. In all cases they were professional, prompt, courteous, and responsive. In a few cases where we've been budget-constrained to move management in-house, they have been kind enough to instruct us in the workflows necessary to do so, and their attention to detail at original installation was such that our own technicians could easily understand what they had designed and pick it up running.
