From the start of this project (initial consultation) to the end of the project, these guys were non-stop professional. Trevor Pursel and Tony Carranza were the ones who came in and listened to everything that I wanted done and provided me with straight answers of what could and couldn't be done. They were very professional and courteous during the initial consult. When the bid came down, it was absolutely in the price range. I had other companies bid on the project with ridiculous costs. One was 3 times the amount Safety Home Services quoted. On the arrival day, Trevor and Tony showed up on time and went to work. This was to be a 2 day project and they worked extremely hard for having only 2 guys working on it. Through the day I observed them working and, surprisingly, cleaning as they went. This was amazing. By the end of the day, you could tell they had even here. On the second day, they brought another guy, Alex Robles. Here was another professional. All three worked diligently to complete the project. Trevor, Tony, and Alex should be commended for a job well done. I think they left my house cleaner than when they got here. Should I ever need more electrical work done, these guys are the ones to call! We have a 1929 built house and the mess from cutting into the walls was quite extensive and these guys treated my home with respect and did everything they could to keep the dust and debris down to a minimum. The work they did was phenomenal. I can't say enough about these guys. If you need electrical work done, look no further. I will always use Safety Home Services, and I will always recommend them. I had old Valance lights removed and new waffer lights placed and installed. Kevin and his assistant were awesome. Very professional. I've had other projects done by other contractors that tore things up, and made a mess and left it. Kevin and his assistant cleaned everything, even wiped off the counter from ceiling drywall crumbs. Would highly recommend. Victoria was also a great help with scheduling and billing.

We had an outlet blow in our living room. I called several local contractors and these guys were the only ones who could get there same day. Kevin came out earlier than expected and fixed us up. Super nice guy, very professional and clearly knows what he is doing! I would definitely recommend!

Update 2023: Now I am having to replace fuses on the panel. Just feel it's a bit soon to be replacing anything.

Monte, in the beginning was I thought very professional, but over time during many projects, I felt were not professional handled and ended up getting a new contractor to finish the jobs safely. He ended up I feel like sabotaging our home. Live wires in the wall cut and exposed, NEW main panel had loose wires and would short out the fuses. saw marks on the ceiling left there after adding canaster lights. DON'T RISK IT. Pick the next contractor in your search. You want to be safe in your own home.

Monte responded faster than all other electricians and set a time to come assess the job in our first conversation. His team were professional, did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend.

I should of looked at the reviews before I scheduled. I had the kit and light fixture ready to be hung over the sink. with in the week the light fixture kept blinking off and on then stopped working all together 700 dollars later.

I called Monty and explained the situation after sending him numerous text messages that I still have and that he never replied to so getting him on the phone was a success in itself. His reply was "We can totally take a look at it"

I never heard back from him. I sent 4 more text messages called him and then my Husband called and text .

Monty, lacks Morals and doesnt back up his work. Monty, lacks ethics which brings profit. Monty, doesnt care about his reputation which will eventually be the demise of his business.

Had an excellent experience with Miguel! He was very thorough and did a phenomenal job explaining what needed to be done. Miguel went above and beyond with his service.
I would do business with them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited months for a 1 week job. He installed the lines in the wrong spot then tried to extort more money to correct the problem. Forced me to accept the job the way it was. Did a terrible job installing the lines - the lines are out in the open where they can be damaged from falling limbs. A few of the guys that worked for him were great and helped me out. But Jack Haggard Lied to me about what he was going to do and when he would finish the job. Stay away at all costs. This guy is a liar and a cheat!!

Jack was great to communicate our needs to and gave us a fair price for the quality work done.

We just had an exterior outlet installed on our home and were very pleased with the service. Steve was the electrician and did a very professional job and cleaned up afterwards. I also felt that Northwinds was fair on their pricing. If I have electrical needs in the future, I will be calling them. Thanks for a great job!

Excellent service! Have used twice, one was an emergency Saturday call which was handled promptly and professionally! They came and helped us within a few hours. Would use again and again!

We had a panel replaced, hot tub hooked up, a fan installed in the bathroom, and outlets installed by True North Electric. Service was excellent, timely, and professional. We definitely will utilize their services in the future and also recommend them to friends and family .

Jim has been a hired contractor of mine for 15+ years assisting me in all my electrical needs. My facility is 1.1 million sq ft Refrigerated Food Warehouse. They are very professional, prompt, always safety concerned and very responsive for emergency calls. I've trusted them with all my commercial needs and residential needs. Fair, honest, family oriented small business. TrueNorth is capable of installing 100% of the fiber optics for an International Airport runway system down to installing a fan in your bathroom. I've hired them for jobs exceeding $300000 and jobs for $150.Leave no trace behind company, always clean job site. I could go on and on because im obviously bias after 15 years but you will not be disappointed in the service you receive.

We hired Jim @ True North Electric to do the electrical for a large house we were building. He took 10 months and still didn’t finish the job. He claimed the Meyer he wanted to use was on back order. When I found out we were able to order a different metrr and it was delivered the next week.
Very unprofessional!
Does not follow through and then makes excuses. He actually got mad at me for checking on the parts.
He has a good employee Greg who does good work, however, I would highly recommend you NEVER USE True North Electric. They delayed our project considerably. Very rude and dishonest!
He lied over and over again about coming back to finish different sections of the project , then quit when he was called on his failures,
