The crew at Low Voltage Electric is very Safety Oriented. We work with a lot of companies, and some try and do it correctly. Low Voltage does it the right way. The safety the company, the safer the whole job site will be.

TL;DR Low Voltage NW installed wrong wiring, sent bill without correcting their mistake.

Low Voltage was recommended to us by the Building Owner Management. We were told a Low Voltage Business would contact us to discuss our needs and to schedule a time to pull wires into a previously unoccupied space. I have no clue if these were the guys that were supposed to call or not. After a few weeks, we were about to move into the space and really needed cables pulled for wifi internet and phone lines. They assured us they knew what we needed.

They showed up, literally the day before the cable company showed up to connect our service. Low Voltage pulled Ethernet Cable instead of coaxial cable. Comcast Business said it couldn't use the Ethernet Cable that was installed and had to patch in.

We sent an email complaining about Low Voltages work, in response they sent their bill and no other responses.

Do not use these guys unless you know exactly what you need and better watch them just in case.

After letting them know I was going to review, they said that I suddenly had knowledge of what cables I needed and insisted on the wrong wiring.

LVNW is great, easy to work with and amazing communication between Rusty and myself. Would highly recommend!

Our business moved to another part of our building. Our internet provider was out to move our modem / router. Then we found out we needed a low voltage electrician out to assist with the completion of the process. I called Low Voltage NW and they had someone out the same morning. The two techs were friendly and professional! We were up and running in no time and were very appreciative of their great service.

So my business took over a 50 year old building in the Salem industrial area and the wiring was a mess. The telephone room had multiple panels in it, there were various old style data cable through out, and lots of small wires tacked to the walls and corners. I needed someone to clean it up, got several recommendations, and called LVNW. I was not disappointed. They did excellent work, were timely, and very professional. JD with low volt north west is one of the best subcontractors across the board if have ever worked with in 15 years of construction. Prompt, honest, and works until the issues are resolved.
