This was my second job with Trees Plus. The first was to remove a large birch tree that had sadly become infested with Bronze Birch Borers. The second job was removing a massive Douglas Fir that fell during a wind storm. I want to say that both jobs went very smoothly. Communication was great, they were very professional and prompt, prices were fair and they did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Trees Plus NW did an awesome job removing a 50 year old Cypress tree growing in a tight space between our house and fence. They removed the tree and then ground the stump, leaving our yard and our neighbors yard clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend this company- they are professional from start to finish!

I have used trees Northwest twice. Their arborist is capable and incredibly informative. He's also super nice and is happy to provide you all the information you're interested in having. Their team works well, takes care of business and always assists with whatever you need. They're clean, and efficient. And, their prices are really good. It also helps that they are a woman-owned business. This is an important thing to have as we need to celebrate women entrepreneurs. Great stuff all the way around.

This is the best company I’ve worked with in Oregon. Their work is fast and accurate, and their pricing for tree services is even better than other companies. They also provide thorough after-care, which I really appreciate.

We called and they sent someone out to give us a quote to clean up a ~70' ash tree. The guy they sent was very knowledgeable and within a few minutes he told us exactly what they would cut on the tree and how much it would cost. We agreed to the price and scheduled them to come out a few days later. They were prompt, professional, and they did an outstanding job with the tree. Will absolutely call these guys again for any tree services.

May I just say, wow?! I had no idea of what a treat I was in for when our washer, Dustin came out. The owner, Rob was super responsive, kind, and professional. The gentleman who came out had to deal with giant, dirty windows and did an immaculate job. I've never had windows cleaned professionally in my life, and suffice it to say, I'll never be cleaning them myself again. My husband and I decided we definitely needed to get them out a few times a year to keep up this absolutely incredible job they did. Thank you!!!

Javier is great . Had him do a couple of emergency jobs on carpet and he was right there to do the clean up. He does great on stains.

Called for appt to get an estimate or see if carpets destroyed from bad tenant. Guy came out, told me carpets ruined and started to leave. I asked for it in writing and he tried to charge me $65! His online ad says free estimates and only $40 for cleaning a room but he wanted to charge me $65 to say the carpet was shot? I offered him $20 and gave him fresh organic veggies. He wrote me a tag with it written on it, 'No charge.' When i complained he offered to return my $20 but never did. I do not recommend this company for an estimate. Maybe they clean carpets good, but I do not know.

Our young dog ate a hole in our new carpet! I called J&Q and they said they could repair it the next day! I checked on them and thought the repair looked good, but Javier wasn’t satisfied, so he re-did the repair! When he finished, I can’t even find where the repair was made! I’m very happy with their work!

I am so pleased! Javier and company came with very little notice to steam clean the living room and hall. My carpet had stains from traffic that I couldn't get out. They did an amazing job in little time. My house smells amazing and the carpets are fresh and bright. I will tell all my friends and definately use this service again.
