Can we give a double 5 STAR Review? All of the fantastic reviews are 100% spot on. Everything you want and need when the times comes to hire a professional arborist and tree removal company.

From the first phone call, from the expert coming out to give a bid, to the work being completed. Everything was professional, they kept us informed, and the work was done as promised, and the clean up was fast and efficient.

The crew was fantastic as well with a professional manner.

I will share my experience. We entered into an agreement with this company to cut down a tree, delimb it, cut it into rounds, and chip the limbs. They understood that the timing of the work was essential to us.

They arrived late, cut down the tree, and then left. They said that because the field was wet they couldn't get the chipper in to do the work. However, in my opinion the reality was that, because they were late and had another job that day, they could not take the time to finish my job. I even asked them to at least delimb the tree and cut it into rounds (a soggy field doesn't matter for that), but they said no.

So, my experience is that this is a company that does a lot of volume and if anything goes wrong (like arriving late), they won't think twice about not finishing your job.

They men themselves seemed nice enough. The company just lacks professionalism.

Second time hiring Trees Plus NW and I will definitely hire them again when the need arises. They have been great to work with. Fast, SAFE and professional.

I had to get two streetscape trees planted to satisfy a city requirement for my new construction home and needed them to be placed in the center of a surface gravel area. I didn't want to fight the gravel and dig deep enough to plant the trees ok. Leo came out at no cost to check out the site and answered a bunch of questions I had. He was clearly knowledgeable about trees and explained things in a way that I could understand. They got me a reasonable estimate and after agreeing, scheduled me right away. I couldn't be on site when they were installed but my trust was well placed. When I went back to check out the trees they looked great, had multiple support posts to secure it against the heavy wind (we're right next to a windy field), and they were even mulched around the trunk. I have a watery low point on the construction site about 20 feet away from the trees, they moved the excess soil there where it was clearly needed. Service was beyond what I expected. Very pleased!

These guys are fantastic! We had 3 trees removed. They came early and were done before noon. They cleaned up all bark chips and debris. They returned to remove the stumps and again were efficient in getting the job done. We highly recommend this company. Great people too!

The Trees Plus NW crew did a great job, from the job estimation and recommendation to the actual trimming and thinning of our walnut tree. They were very careful and cautious to avoid and protect the bushes, fully flowered dwarf apple trees and other foliage, followed up with a great and. Omelette cleanup. We would highly recommend them for their quality work and competitive pricing.

We got a daily rate and John was able to get soooo much accomplished. Our house was overrun by overgrown tree branches and invading species. We let them do their work and came out at the end of their workday and wow! The difference was very significant. The walking paths in our backyard had opened up, more sunlight was entering our home, and all the branches that were touching the home had been removed so we could actually see our house. We will definitely be using this company in the future.

Trees Plus Northwest did an excellent job removing a row of arbor vitae stumps behind my house. John was able to navigate the stump grinder through a narrow gate and passage to my back yard without causing any stress or damage to my property. The grinding was thorough and the clean-up was first rate. Highly recommended!

The pictures shown below describe our first experience with Trees Plus. We had a tall blue spruce in front of our hose, located between the main Pacific Power line and the house feed, so felling the tree without causing a power outage for our neighborhood was a big concern. The guy climbed quickly up the tree, removing major branches as he went; then they brought the main trunk down EXACTLY where it needed to go. We were totally happy with the job. In fact, we were so happy that we arranged for Leo to return a few weeks later for another pruning job.

I was genuinely taken aback by the exceptional attention to detail exhibited by the Trees Plus crew. The tree that needed removal stood perilously close to a fence, yet they approached the task with remarkable precision, not only expertly removing the tree but also meticulously cleaning up every speck of debris left behind. Their level of care and thoroughness truly impressed me.

The tree was growing through service lines connected to PGE and they got it down without any issue. Great clean up as well.

We had a 65 ft douglas fir trew removed from next to our house. Guillermo was very efficient and friendly and did a great job at a reasonable price.

The crew did an excellent job removing out damaged 40 ft Atlas cedar, which was located in a very tight spot with fencing, a structure, and a maple tree within 5 ft of the trunk. The yard was actually cleaner than it was before they got there. My only criticism is that they did not move several 60-100 lb planters back to their original locations after moving them out of the way. I can't gripe too much, however, because it was probably my responsibility to get them out of the way in the first place.

The crew responded immediately to a dangerously leaning tree in a complex situation and location to handle, were professional, safe, and thorough. Gave them a call after seeing them do work for our next door neighbor a few months ago and am very glad we did. Highly recommended !

We met the estimator on our property To show what we'd like to have done, and they offered suggestions of things we may need to look at down the road. Very knowledgeable, and their team worked great and cleaned up at the end. Will definitely call when we need more work.
