We had R&R come today to prune 3 huge maples that were really messed up from the last ice storm. As usual the crew did a spectacular job!! The tree's never looked this good and healthy. Extremely hard working and thorough guys. They are our go-to tree service, hands down!!

We are very impressed AGAIN w/ R&R Tree Svc. crew:  friendly, confident timely, focused, well prepared, & familiar w/ the agreed job quote. They carefully cut down a tree next to a propane tank & delicate walkway. Crew removed hazardous branches. Crew had a genuine, positive customer service attitude & excellent communication skills, listening, & attention to safety. They cleaned up all of their work areas. We are very lucky R&R lives up to its mission of affordability & quality service. They were lowest of 3 bids, just like 1.5 yrs earlier, & offered full satisfaction. We have two large redwood trees that suffered major damage during the ice storm a few years ago. R&R came out and cleaned up the dead and damaged limbs making it a much safer tree to be around. They did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterward; the price was reasonable too.

Today while I was waiting for my son to get out of school there were a couple boys wrestling around. This guy grabbed one of the kids by the neck, pushed him against a car and said some nasty things to the boy then went back to work like nothing happened. If you're going to employee people like this maybe don't have them working next to the school. I did report the incident to the school.
Thanks for saying I didn't know the facts. Probably just your guys trying to cover for each other. I was sitting there the whole time and saw the whole thing. If the bigger boy was bullying the smaller one then the little one would have probably been grateful to your employee. After the incident they were comforting each other as they walked away. YOUR EMPLOYEE WHO IS A GROWN MAN HAS NO RIGHT TO PUT HIS HANDS ON CHILDREN

These guys have always given me the best of referrals pick up free firewood recently they gave me a load of free bark chips they're super awesome and really easy to deal with thank you guys at R&R Tree Service

These guys were fantastic! They found out my neighbor was retired and gave us the senior discount. Then when the guys arrived I told them I had a pile of limbs in my backyard, to which they promptly ground up at no additional cost. They listened to my feedback, even asked me mid-way to confirm they were doing it the way I envisioned. I would highly suggest this company for your tree services.

Another great experience with R and R tree service. This time I had a large fir that finally needed to be taken down. They were fast and efficient. It is sort of amazing to see the whole process. They left my yard better than it was---and stacked the logs for me. The crew was polite and knowledgeable. They also forwarded a list of people who were looking for the wood and the man came out that afternoon to remove them.

I had a group of 3 guys come out and they were super fast and friendly. I had a 50ft maple tree and they got it down in no time! Well priced. It’s good to find a business these days that isn’t just out for your money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

One star is too much. They are rude and dont give a dang if they are parked and blocking the sidewalk. When you tell them you are disabled and they are forcing you to go in the road, they laugh. They secretary is state of the art worthless. Avoid this company where money means more than people

R&R Tree Service just completed our tricky tree trimming around wires and fences. Eric, Zach, and Matthew were fantastic. Very meticulous, respectful of our property, skilled, and friendly. Very competitive fee. We recommend them without hesitation, as did several of our neighbors.

They didn't do what they said they were going to do. I have stopped by there office 3 times asking the owner to call me. I have emailed them asking the owner to call. Have not heard back. Also they killed a plant from the exhaust from there truck. I would never use them again. Every single person I talk to i will tell them not to use them

My wife and I have a “Tree of Heave” if that’s what one what’s to call it!

Anyways this tree has branches that keep falling all the TIME AND NOT JUST SMALL ONES!

After two really really big branches that fell, the last one smashing my car window and hitting the garage, but narrowing hitting my wife’s car AGAIN!!!!!! Two times now! Her car did not get hit!!! YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS!!!!

So I’m sorry R & R Tree Service quoted us an amount to take the whole tree down, couldn’t afford it, they came out again gave us an amazing bid, for free, did an AMAZING JOB!!!! And came out on a Saturday a month earlier, because I told her that I was afraid we were going to become one of their emergency calls!!!!

I really seriously just want to thank everyone involved with cutting or trimming down our tree of Heaven a really big thank you!!!

Very professional, excellent work! We had some birch trees dying of what we believed was birch bark beetle infestation. We contacted R&R and took them up on their free estimate. They sent a certified arborist out and confirmed our suspicions and recommended removing two trees and the dead limbs in another. They got back to us with a very reasonable quote, made even better with a senior discount and we got the work done. The crew was quick and left the place spotless. They even managed to not drop anything on my wife's prized tomato plants (trees were hanging directly over them!) Thank you!!

I'm be honest our gate was so messed up these guys came in and did so great they did a wonderful job they are very friendly and respectful they also respected the property, The gentleman's that I got names from that was very respectful was Valentin and Joel very awesome dudes they work fast and did their job they are appreciated and so is the company

We had an emergency during the ice storm. A large oak tree came down on our roof and pierced through, into our home. R&R came out the NEXT DAY on an emergency call and removed the limbs from our roof and from inside our bedroom.
The quality of work, professionalism, and timeliness was top-notch. Joel and his crew worked for 2 days removing a ton of debris and large oak limbs from our house, backyard, and shed. They tarped off the roof on our house and shed. We couldn't be happier or thank R&R enough for taking care of us during such a crazy time in our lives! Thank you!! What a fantastic company. They cut down two birch trees in my front yard and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. Quick and very professional. I highly recommend this company!!!

Recently had two large fir trees taken down (between two houses). These guys were pro. And were extra careful with the wildlife that were in the tree. On top of all this, they were priced competitively and cleaned up the site very well after all the work was done. A+
