Dakota Property Services exceeded my expectations when I had them come out to do a moss removal/prevention on my roof. They were professional, worked hard and cared about their work, communicated well with prompt calls and follow ups. I called these guys a few days ago to get an estimate on cleaning up my roof, and gutters/downspouts. They seemed to be on top of their game. Once I got scheduled. They showed up got it all done. In and out in reasonable time with pretty clear and good communication. I’m glad we got companies like these guys we can call and count on. I’m very impressed and I will recommend them to others for sure!
