Oscar is a miracle worker!! He got our very old and very stained carpets so incredibly clean and did so very quickly and efficiently. Wonderful people to work with, can't say enough good things about the service we received.

Oscar cleaned my carpet and it looks like new. He was very prompt and courteous. He even left fans so the carpet would dry quicker. His prices are reasonable, and he even repaired some loose carpet expertly. If you are looking for a local business, I am happy to recommend him.

We just want to give a huge thank you to Oscar and his son Tristan. They were available on short notice and on the weekend to come clean the carpets in our new home. We originally planned to have them clean just the 2nd level and not the stairs, but Oscar offered to clean the stairs for us for no additional cost. The carpets look brand new. They were fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. Thank you very much, we hope to do business with you again in the future!

Oscar did SO good! I called them very last minute on a Saturday in need of having the carpets cleaned on the same day. He was able to come that afternoon & the carpets look brand new. Culbertsons is the best. I would not even think about using anyone else. They are very professional and helpful. The crew especially Alan is awesome. He provides quality service. I recently had two rugs cut for our home. Both turned out great. I also have had several older Persian Rugs cleaned without any lost of color or damage. These are expensive rugs and I wouldn't trust them with any other cleaning company. Two thumbs up

Culbertson's was recommended to us and I'm very glad we went with them. They were great at communicating, very thorough and they kept up a brisk pace as well. They removed multiple canisters of "duct bunnies"! I'm so glad we called them and are no longer breathing all that dust!

Very friendly and responsive staff here! Nicole promptly returned my call and explained the best way to get in their queue for my area rugs to be cleaned. Just like she said, she called me when they were ready for me to drop off the rugs and called me again in 2 weeks (or less) to let me know the rugs were done. A great company to do business with. Very pleased with them.

They cleaned two rugs for me and they look and smell great! The colors are more vibrant and they even helped me layout a larger one that required moving furniture. Great service!

Regarding the duct cleaning, very informative about the process and the results. Very friendly and personable and gave some advice on a different issue we were having. Also cleaned 3 of our rugs and they look brand new again.

We have been using Culbertson's for decades for both upholstery, carpet, and rug cleaning. They do a thorough cleaning and our items look new and fresh. I recently had a rug cleaned that I needed on a tight time line. They were friendly, accommodating and got it cleaned ahead of schedule.

They were super friendly and thoughtful while they did their work. Cleaned everything up really well, even did a little extra vacuuming for us while they were at it (We have 2 huskies lol.) I would definitely recommend them. They are also the most affordable We have found in the area.

We just got our area rug back from Culbertsons. We wanted to have it cleaned since we were having the floors refinished. They did a great job on the cleaning but more importantly they met expectations every step of the way. They're processes are smooth and the whole thing went flawlessly from pickup to delivery. I would not hesitate to do business with again.

In January 2022, we started a remodel and pulled up our living room carpet that was in very good condition. Culbertsons came and picked up the large rolls, bound them into 4 area rugs, stored them for several months until our remodel was complete and delivered them and installed them with new pads (even under a king bed)! They have been super friendly, professional, and helpful during the whole process. My rugs look fantastic and I am super happy! I haven't seen customer service like this in a long time - so encouraging!

I had a 3 x 4‘ wool rug that a cat had peed on in many places. I had tried EVERY kind of expensive cleaner on it to no avail. I took it to Culverson’s and explained the situation, they said they had a special procedure for removing cat urine smell. It worked Perfectly!!
I am extremely sensitive to smells, and I smell NO cat pee smell at all now! It did take a few weeks to get it cleaned, but who cares? :)
If you have a throw rug ruined by cat pee, go to Culbertsons. WELL, worth the trip!

The delivery young men were very courteous & professional.

Culbertsons always does a wonderful job. We've used them twice now and our rugs come back in great shape and clean! Turnaround time is great and they pickup and deliver our large rugs.

I have been using Culbertsons over the past 50 years. The young men they sent were polite and did a good job. Absolutely shocked when I got the bill. Not even close to what I had paid in the past. Totally ridiculous for 3 small room and I had moved everything out of the way. Really question next time I need my rugs cleaned if I will give them my return business. Very sad since I have sent a lot of business their way in the past 😢

Hayden and Dustin were fantastic! They were friendly, answered ALL my questions, showed up on time, and let me take lots of pictures!
