Ashley and Haden did a really good job of cleaning the carpet that hadn't been cleaned for some time now. They were very willing to move the heavy furniture and replace it where it needed to be.

I obtained a quote for rug cleaning of a medium size (approx 6’x8’) area rug for my home. My dog had an accident, I got the stains out but the odor was still present despite hours of cleaning. Pricing was fair with good communication and follow up in the beginning during the quote process. They pick up and deliver for no charge which was appreciated. However communication on their timeline was a bit frustrating. My rug was picked up October 27th and was told it would be a 3 week turn around time. 4 weeks later I had not heard anything & followed up, I was told it would be ready that week. A week later I had not heard anything, followed up again and was told the same thing it would be ready that week. I received my rug back 2 weeks after that on December 18th, nearly 2 months after it was picked up. I can totally understand busy schedules, it would have been appreciated if they set a realistic expectation originally instead they fell short on more than one occasion. In the future I hope they can set realistic timelines for their customers. All that said it’s clean, the odor is gone and looks great!

I have had many chairs cleaned by Culbertsons. Each time chair picked up cleaned to look just like new. Then delivered back to my house. I love the Service I get, by phone and by the delivery people excellent!!

Great people & first rate customer service. They were friendly & eager to do an excellent job. I had no idea area rug cleaning was often more expensive than buying a new rug but they were very transparent & helpful.

We have a fabric sofa and chair that hadn’t been cleaned in over a decade. Now that it is clean, it looks brand new! Culbertsons provided great customer service including prompt communication and pleasant movers. We highly recommend them for any furniture cleaning you might have.

We had a kitty pee accident with her using an air vent to relieve herself. After several different cleanings, I was not able to get the smell out and I was referred to Culbertson's when I seemed outside help.

I didn't realize having your vents cleaned was something that you should be doing every 3 to 5 years. But after seeing how much dust and debris came out of our vents, I will be doing this on a regular schedule. They removed all odors from our house that were here when we moved in. I received good advice about future filter options, and I believe our allergies are going to be greatly reduced inside our home.

We had two guys that cleaned our 3000 square foot house in 2 hours. They were on time, polite and professional, and were able to get around all of our furniture and piles of stuff with no issues. They were even good about continually closing our sliding door so that our cats didn't get into our garage. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to clean their HVAC and vents.
