Quick, quality, and great technicians. Got out the pet spots and the stains on my rug. They got me in next day which was also fantastic.

I feel like immediately after I paid almost $300 for 1 mid size room and 2 halls that my carpet should be cleaned properly. The tech said that there were spots that would not come out and I would have to cut them but I simply bent down and removed the tiny specks of debris that were softened and it was fine. Was that not the job I just paid for?

I would recommend Zerorez Carpet Cleaning Salem Oregon. Two men should up to work on 2 couches 1 of them had been peed on by our 16 year old cat. I still don't know why she has never done that. Anyway the smell was awful. Now there is no more odor and the couches are beautiful and clean. The staff was very polite and did a great job.

Hi ZeroRez, Both Anthony and Son(Sorry bad w/names), Arrived @ 8:30am, which was on time, Very Profesional and Courteous w/greeting and started right away, yet listened while going through each room. They started w/the couch(Microfiber/Regular cleaning) and sofa(Microfiber/Protectant applied), then went through the single-wide manufactured home from the back bedroom(Regular) through the hallway into the second bedroom(Regular) and then into the living room(Carpet Protectant applied). Again, Professional, Friendly, Caring regarding Customer Satifaction on their work/service w/each piece of furniture as well as the Carpet and Whether the Protectant was being applied to Furniture or what Carpet area as well.
The Carpet in both the bedrooms and living room as well as the sofa and couch make everything look brand new. I am unable to see any previous stains on the sofa, living room and hallway area.

Anthony and Mike were incredibly respectful of our home and performed the cleaning of our carpets flawlessly. The pet stains from our former pup Laci(RIP) are completely gone and the deodorizer they use worked wonderfully! 👍🏻ZeroreZ rocks both in Forward and Reverse, LOL!
