Had Culbertsons bind, cut and install a carpet remnant in our RV that we were renovating. We were on a time pinch and even when the office was closed the manager Kristin opened up her office and took the time to get the job created and plans made. Her team was incredibly thoughtful and thorough in how we wanted the carpet done and came out to install it for us with great results. Would highly recommend Culbertsons to anyone. We are so happy with the results.

My cleaning mistakes are now not visible. The chairs on the couch look 1000 times better. I appreciate the thorough and good job that was done.

The two gentlemen were timely, courteous and efficient. They took their time to do an excellent job on a dirty carpet. They have done carpets, area rugs, upholstery and replaced fringe on an oriental rug. I have used Culbertson’s for years and have never been disappointed.

The two young men who did the work were on time, very courteous, gladly answered all of my questions, cleaned up well after themselves and did their best not to disturb my sister - who was not well with a heart condition. When my furnace would not start up later that very cold evening, they rushed back, corrected the problem and waited to be sure it kicked on. None of that was their fault. I would hire them again in an instant.

I had my carpet cleaned by another company but the gentleman was not set up to clean a cotton area rug. and he recommended Culbertsons. He delivered it to Culbersons, who said they could do it. Although it was a longer wait time before they could get it finished than I anticipated, the rug was delivered today and put back in place by two very helpful young men and it looks great.

The two young men that came to my house did a great job. They were very personable and had excellent customer service. He left some cards with me and I will definitely pass this onto neighbors. Thank you.

From the initial call to inquire about the service and price my experience with Zerores was terrific. The person who was sent to my home was professional, fully trained and definitely skilled to perform the work. I’ll always use Zerores in the future.

Tyler was so great! He helped us to make the best and most sanitary choice for our home and children, which we greatly appreciate. The carpets look and smell amazing and in the places that were unfixable, he took the time to explain reasons as to why they would not come up, which we also greatly appreciate! Knowing that our home and carpets are sanitized and free of harmful bacteria for our kids do roll around and enjoy playing has this nesting mama feeling so at peace!
