Domenic did a great job cleaning our carpet and was super easy to work with. He was able to get our carpets as clean as they could and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the result!

I had a quite a few stains and I declined the extra pet or traffic cleaning, and was told it might not take them out, but my carpets look great. The technician was early called me with a hour notice. She even told me she went over multiple times on the white areas of my area rug. Would definitely use them again.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Would use again. Imaej assisted with my apartment move out carpet cleaning. She was very sweet and professional. She called me and told me she was able to come early due to a cancellation. When she arrived she inspected my carpets and gave me a more detailed quote for my needs. Even though it was more than I was expecting due to areas needing more attention, she answered all my questions in a kind manner and promptly got to work. She was only in my apartment for about an hour and texted me when she was finished. Overall good experience.

On time, professional, and did a great job. It had been years since we had our carpets cleaned and there were quite a few stains. They not only cleaned the carpets but also got almost 100% of the stains. I would highly recommend them.

Cleaning technician was very friendly and thorough. Was mislead by person on phone that I made appointment with. Both times they have been out to clean carpet they found some reason to jack up the price higher than was quoted on phone. First time said rooms were too big for 3 at $99 and charged me for 4 rooms instead ! This time said there was a minimum for coming out of town so far . Said if I wanted to make sure dog spit was cleaned up he would use a special spray to break it down then when I did not see him use it he said it was already in the tank outside and since I paid extra $55 for spray did not have to worry about the $130 minimum for coming out so far. Girl on phone never said anything about minimum of $130 and your radio advertising does not mention it either !! Both times did not even have to clean whole rooms because left bigger furniture in place, this time dis not say rooms were too big !! Would like a manager to call me to see if adjustment could be made to price !!!

My technician today, who was Rich, did an unbelievable job. He walked me through the entire process of what he was doing, the reason for that, and made sure I was comfortable with everything throughout the whole process. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and very thorough. I will request for him to be my technician in any future services that I needed. Great job!

They did an amazing job on cleaning the carpets. Fast, thorough and the technician was very professional. There were a few challenging stains and I was worried they wouldnt come out. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs their services!!!

Quick and fast service. Customer service over the phone was great. Very positive communication all around. I was worried it would be more expensive than the initial estimate and unfortunately it was over $100 more than what was told. However, the quote breakdown made sense and they won’t know what shape the carpet truly is until they see it. So expect a higher quote than what is initially said.

We were very impressed- very professional. Duncan explained what he was doing and why. He protected our house by wearing foot covers inside as well as placing protectors at the wall corners so the equipment wouldn't mar anything while moving in and out. He helped us figure out the best way to clean our areas rugs of various fibers. He also honored our home show discounts, and made us a deal on a few smaller rugs.

Unfortunately, we don't know how much dirt he got out because we never saw the dirty water, and did not take before and after photos. The rugs were not too bad to start, it just had been a long time.

Showed up on time, great communication and the technician explained everything very clearly. He was very upbeat and had great customer service skills. I would highly recommend them. Also the office staff that took my initial order and text reminders were also very clear and professional.

Domenic was the best! He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and understanding of our needs. He gave us multiple options to address our carpet issues, and explained the services very well. Our cleaning turned out better than anticipated! We will be using Zerorez again next year for our yearly cleaning! Thank you!

They are amazing, communication was top tier, it was easy to book with them, and they were super fast and flexible.

Workmanship was very good . Staff was polite and arrived during window time selected. Cost for upholstery cleaning on website is confusing and so staff adjusted up from original estimate.
