Their van drives way too fast on the freeway and around town, and their name is absolutely offensive. Please consider changing so as to not minimize and ridicule an actually painful disorder that entails far more than a preference for cleanliness.

I am extremely pleased with Katie & Heather from Universal Shine, they have been on time, professional, friendly and do a great job of cleaning!

Although I didn’t have them clean my carpets, they were working on one of the neighboring houses when my roommate and I found a devil sized spider in our garage. We found about 5 and were trying to formulate a game plan as to how we were going to begin the mini murder spree that was about to ensue. My roommate stomped the first two, found a third and fourth and then we tried to calm down long enough to kill big daddy. This monster of a spider had murder in his eyes and I could feel it. As we were doing the normal high pithed panic that ones does when they come into contact with something this inhumane, a wonderful woman that works for this company (who watched all of this occur) came over with a broom and whooped that spider into another dimension. She was our guardian angel and I can’t thank her enough. So this company and that sweet sweet woman especially get 5 stars from me.
