We were looking for a cleaning service for commercial cleaning. We tried Divine Cleaning and were pleasantly surprised at what a fantastic job they did. Rosy was extremely easy to work with. She and her group did a wonderfully detailed job. Always prompt, detailed and extremely thorough. You can imagine what the placed looked like with 100 employees. After Rosy and her team did there magic it was like a new place again. I would definitely recommend Divine House Cleaning, you could not ask for better service. Thank You Rosy.

I found myself very unhappy with the result. I felt the price was high, but was assured by Rosie that they would clean thoroughly. I figured it would take between 8 and 10 hours to complete. We discussed it would take part of 2 days to complete as I was asking for walls, floors, cabinets, appliances, etc. Well, I received a call about 5 hours later saying they were done.
I told Rosie at the time that I was not happy, there was no way it could be properly done in that short of time, but I had agreed to pay and I paid. She assured me it was, but wanted to come back the next day to clean the outside of the refrigerator better. It was dark, so we came back the next day and looked around, we found a wood floor that was soaking wet, and the garage floor was as well. As I looked, I found big areas of dirt on the wall, several places in the kitchen that were missed, including the dispenser on the refrigerator. I also, was testing the floor to put some protector on it and my test rag came back dirty. I had to re-clean all the floors. I will say, they did a good job on the stove, microwave, etc.
I get that the place was dirty, but it was nothing like the pictures on the website, and it is frustrating to have to do it twice. I would not use this business again, and I would advise against it unless "pretty clean" is fine. if you are looking for someone to get it actually clean, this may not be the place.

Rosie and here crew were fantastic in helping me get my property up for rent due to a sudden vacancy with a solid mess left behind to include matresses, boxes and food left inside the house. At first I was conserned with the price point however my business isn't based off price, its value based as well. They performed outdoor clean up trimming down the bushes, junk removal and an extreme interior cleaning. The stove, refrigerator, and wood stove have never looked so good. I will definitely be using Divine House Cleaning in the future.

We called 10 places looking for last minute cleaning service, most didn’t work weekends or were already booked, we understood. When I called Divine, they were able to come out the next day. We are a family of 4, with 3 dogs and foster kittens, in a small house and 1 bathroom on well water.
As someone who’s worked in the service industry I understand the price negotiation and was happy with the final price we landed on.

However, that did not prepare me for how great of a job they did, I was at work, my husband wanted me to see in person and I was shocked. Walks were cleaned, pictures were cleaned, well water stains gone from our shower, bathroom floor (3 males in the house the floor is always disgusting) was so clean. They cleaned behind our stove, our cabinets and all our floors were beautiful.

I would absolutely use them again!

This is the best cleaning service I have used. Moved into a dirty house and we needed someone as soon as possible to come and clean it. Rosie and her team completed a complete deep clean for my 3 bed 2 bath house in four hours. I am so happy with this service and will use her again!

I had pulled my back out and was unable to do house cleaning for almost a week. With 2 dogs and a young child, things got gross fast so I reached out to this business for a quote. The next morning Rosie came by for an estimate and was able to clean on the spot.
I had pretty simple requests as it was mostly “I want this home to look less nasty than what it looks like right now” but she went above and beyond. The snacks are organized, she made a cute little cubby area for my kid in the living room, and most importantly - removed the overbearing dog smell that was overtaking my apartment.

Rosie knows the meaning of Customer Service. I purchased a mobile and was starting to move in, but a gift from a friend stopped the move, until Rosie and her Crew could come give it a thorough cleaning. Floors, Tub, shower, sinks and toilets, windows inside and out, mirrors and woodwork, light fixtures, countertops and all the drawers and surfaces needing help. Rosie, dropped everything and met us at the mobile. She gave a quote and called her crew. Within minutes, they were hard at work and when they were done, 3.5 hours later the house gleamed! I hired Rosie and her crew to clean my moms apartment. My mom lives with chronic mental illness and her house had gotten really bad during COVID. Rosie responded right away and came out the next day. She was very understanding and friendly, her crew did a great job with cleaning and making my mom feel better about her living space. I will definitely be hiring her again. We have a house that the renter moved out of leaving 32 years of personal belongings and junk. Rosie agreed to meet us there the day after I called her. Not only was she at the house she was early and ready to go to work. In three days, the house was not only empty but deep cleaned. This included walls, windows, floors, refrigerator, stove, etc. Not only that but the yard which was so overgrown we could not even walk through it, was completely cleared. A tree was even cut down.
Real estate agents that had seen the house originally were shocked at the difference after the house was cleaned. Several of them took Rosie's card for a reference when they needed cleaning services. They said, this is really a cute house - after the cleaning.

Rosie and her team with Divine House Cleaning were awesome! Rosie was quick to respond and honored the fact that we needed the cleaning scheduled quickly. They did an incredible job deep cleaning our office space that we just moved into (that wasn't left in great shape) and made it feel fresh and brand new. They exceeded our expectations. We will continue to utilize Rosie and her team for our office cleaning needs.

Rosie came to our rescue! We were overwhelmed by the magnitude of the mess left behind when people moved out of a rental house. Rosie came and told us what she and her crew could do; deep cleaning, junk removal in the yard and in the house, plus cut back bushes growing into the fence and yard. It was a massive undertaking. She reassured us that she could get it done. They worked long days and got it done. The inside and out looked so good we didn’t have to paint! I would not hesitate to call her again or recommend her.

Unfortunately, our experience with this cleaning service was disappointing. When we first spoke with Rosie (the owner), she quoted $250 for a bi-weekly two-hour clean, which was over our budget. She then offered to negotiate, and we agreed on a weekly rate of $100 for one hour of service with three staff members.

Despite this agreement—one that was already significantly higher than rates we've paid with other cleaners—Rosie’s team often left early, sometimes by 10–30 minutes. When we brought this up, we were told we weren’t paying enough, even though we were simply asking for the full hour we had agreed to.

Communication was also a challenge. The staff do a good job cleaning but don’t speak English, so if Rosie wasn't present, I had to call her directly with any requests. These conversations weren’t always pleasant, and at times she was dismissive—once even telling me that dusting the blinds wasn’t included because we weren’t paying enough.

Although I often gave tips, gifts, and even made donations, the overall tone of the service felt transactional and unfriendly. We ultimately ended the service due to a lack of professionalism, inconsistent communication, and failure to honor the terms we agreed on.

We hired them for a deep clean and the whole house is sparkling! They were very professional and efficient. Our house has a lot of animals but you could barely tell by the time they were done.

Rosie had been recommended by a trusted friend a week ago. I called her Tuesday morning and she returned my call within the hour. She made time to come to my home that afternoon and gave me a bid for a deep clean. We made a schedule for cleaning over multiple days as that worked best for both our schedules. She and her crew arrived as scheduled and immediately went to work. This service included windows, tracks screens, she made sure her team dusted EVERY surface, decor items, and all wood work was polished. Seriously my home simply shines everywhere you look. While I have certainly had less costly cleaning, I have never had such a deep and thorough cleaning - attentive to every detail. You get what you pay for. Rosie provided an outstanding service at a very competitive and reasonable price for her quality work.
