Anna and Holly did expert, thorough work and with a gracious manner. I couldn't be more happy with everything. Post-surgery, I shouldn't work, so it's a real help.

The two person crew showed up on time, asked for directions, and promptly proceeded to do a thorough job of deep cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. We will be hiring them for ongoing maintenance cleaning.

I just started with Merry Maids and had a great experience. The women were very professional, efficient, asked questions, we're respectful of my home .I am pleased, relieved, and will continue!

I’ve had this company for over 4 years now and the last few months I have been unhappy by the service I’ve had to call and then the girls would come back to re-do what wasn’t done. But this last month the kitchen was not given the extra attention they said they did that day. So I called and they agreed to have girls back out to finish the job. Never got a call back. Not good service and was very disappointed with the situation so they will no longer be coming.

Responsive. Quick to schedule. Very nice individual sent. Move out clean and they did an awesome job. Would use again!

The ladies who came today were so nice and incredibly efficient. We were getting ready to have a lot of people coming through our house this week for our wedding and wanted the house to look clean, and they made it look great! Thank you so much!!

Submitted the form online, got the call from them next day.. i was in meeting so could-not pick-up the call, called them after an hour to set up the appointment.. The lady on the call was not in mood to answer any type of questions; all i could hear are one-liner answer - i asked about how do i set up the appointment, i was told they would give me a call one day ( i thought advance appointment works ) .. also the charge for one time clean-up is $300 for 2 hours.. which again i came to know when i asked again.. they may do a perfect-cleanup, as other reviews might say, but this defi not the customer service for me

I have not been able to utilize their cleaning service but I did have an in home interview and estimate which was quite professional without eye-rolling or blaming for the messy house. For seniors on a fixed income their prices are a bit high, and without seeing their work, I am concerned that they may be planning to give me eyewash instead of thorough cleaning including inside drawers and cabinets. Being disabled, packing, sorting and moving is what I really need, help wise. They did not refer me to anyone that does.

The ladies that came to clean were early and very nice to deal with. However, the level of clean was not so great. It was difficult to determine if they actually cleaned the tub in master bathroom. And they did not clean around the base of the toilet at all. To me that is part of cleaning the bathroom.

What a great job my Merry Maid's team did on our home! As we have gotten older, vacuuming, mopping, etc., has gotten more difficult. What a joy to have detailed dusting, scrubbing and polishing done along with gleaming floors. Thank you again!

I am very happy with the cleaning provided by Merry Maids. Jamie and Maria do a wonderful job and always work around my animals (which is huge to me). It's a great feeling to come home and have a clean house!

I like that the assigned staff come in and do their work with little dilly-dallying. The surfaces of my kitchen counters are clean, along with the sink and floor.I only have the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned -- but it is so nice to know they get a thorough cleaning when I'm getting too old to do it myself,~patty~

My experience with Merry Maids has been totally positive in every way. They do excellent work, are thorough, prompt and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to everyone who is in need of help with cleaning.

After pausing for so long due to Covid, it was GREAT to have the girls back cleaning. Got a fantastic clean! I'm not going to identify my team by name here, because I don't want them to get too busy for me. But I will tell you that I highly recommend them!

For a while now Graciela has been our merry maid. She is amazing. She is really friendly and great around kids. "She is the best at cleaning" says my 8-year old son.

Was really good overall. First house cleaners ive hired. They said two cleaners would show but there were three, so hope the price is the same. They were polite and friendly.

They didnt miss anything that i asked for, which is good. They were fast, doing a large house in about 3 hrs.

My only gripe is one of them stepped on a bath mat with bleach on their shoes and ruined it. Small price to pay just annoying.

Very friendly staff and management however, their work was disappointing. We asked them to focus on the kitchen and bathrooms in our "fixer upper" so we could focus on other work the house needed when we moved in. All floors had dust/debris pushed beneath the cabinets and it looked like they forgot to clean inside of the cabinets and drawers (all were empty and would've have been relatively easy to clean). The attached pictures are just a few examples of how they left all areas we asked them to pay special attention to. Management offered to have the team come out again but we opted for, and were given, a full refund instead.

[Service, Price, Timeliness, Cleaning Team] Wonderful to have the team back after months of us staying alone and trying to keep up. Felt safety protocols worked well, the team so pleasant and professional. And finally a truly clean house again.
