Im giving three stars because they did okay. For a deep clean and the price i think they missed some things (like not dusting baseboards) Overall they were very quick, nice to work with and definitely cleaned most areas great.

Needed there help after a car accident and they helped, I probably wouldn’t hire again because it’s just not the level of work my house needs. I could use some more attention to detail but they were efficient fast and helpful and I got what I paid for. However scheduling online was confusing and I chose the highest package available but i think I should have called and ordered it so I could clarified what they would be doing exactly and that’s my bad.

We were very fortunate to have Isobel, Blanca and Fabiola be able to help us at such a short notice. This team did an amazing job. We were trying to get a home ready for professional photographer to come in to take pictures. They advised they wanted to do it this week, so we called up The Maids, and asked if there was anyway they could accommodate such a short notice. I was told let them check and they would get back in touch with me. Not only did they call back, but I received an email appointment notice and a text when they were on their way. I will definitely be using their services again!

Blanca, Marisela, and Luisa did an amazing job deep cleaning a duplex that had been occupied for over a decade. My husband and I were both amazed it could look so good. We had been overwhelmed at the prospect of turning it over to new tenants in a couple of weeks. Thanks to these hard working ladies, we are on our way there.

Gaby, Sonia and Rosa came on short notice. Though this was a scheduled cleaning, there was a glitch in the scheduling. Nonetheless they were here within an hour and had the house spick and span in about an hour. We have several pieces of mission furniture, and they cleaned and dusted even hard to get at spots. They were in an out in an hour. They work well as a team and we do recommend them. A hour for a three bedroom house with no evidence of haste or overlooked nooks and crannies - well worth it.

The maids did a wonderful job! LuPita, Patricia, Simona, and Editn cleaned everything so well. My place has never looked this clean before. I’m really impressed and thankful for their hard work!

Team 3, Victoria, Tere, and Juana did a fantastic job. I have a little one and the deeper cleaning has gotten away from me, and they did a really thorough job and reset my house, getting bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms in great shape. Thank you!

Brenda, Milka, and Tere R. did an EXCELLENT job deep cleaning our home today. The house looks great, from floors to kitchen to bathrooms, and these ladies were extremely professional and hardworking, very detail-oriented. We definitely recommend this fantastic team for a deep cleaning service.

Huge shout out to Team #3 - Victoria, Tere N & Susana. It was so nice to come home to a clean space. Total reset for my kitchen & bathroom, especially. Absolutely worth it!

This is the first time I’ve ever hired maid service. Three ladies came in and cleaned our kitchen , dining room and bathroom so very thoroughly, all in a two hours window. They cleaned details that we didn’t even think of, like the Venetian blinds and the window tracks! They were all very friendly and answering all my questions about expectations. They were gentle with our fragile belongings and respected our request of making sure the front door got closed every time, so our cats didn’t get out. I can absolutely understand the reason for their company moto “referred for a reason” and I will be doing the same, referring to them when anyone I know asks about maid service.

In short: DO NOT RECOMMEND. Lack of quality, punctuality and professionalism. They were late, cut corners and missed so many areas. The redo was not much better either. Quote was vastly different than the final bill.

Detail: I’ve spent an initial phone conversation with the office explaining that quality and punctuality is both important to me. Also I had requested that they use our cleaning solutions, mop buckets and vacuums. First crew came through and cut a lot of corners and claimed to have cleaned areas that can still be seen with my laser vacuum. They weren’t thorough with the rest of the clean, pink mildew is still visible by the sink holes, and dusts still visible on the window sills, the faucet fixtures still showing water stains, toothpaste stains that can remover with some care. This crew was also obnoxiously loud in talking and laughing amongst themselves, often times even stopping work.

So I gave them a second chance to come out and fix the issue with the second crew. They had an attitude and almost refused to use my cleaning products as initially requested. They also left with the previous problem unresolved. I called the office and Vixie tried to defend the crew by saying it is difficult for them to do their job when they don’t know what to expect and what to use, which was clearly communicated to Eltie during the initial phone call and I spent 20 minutes talking and explaining to each crew when they showed up onsight, mostly due to their language barriers.
In addition, what they have initially quoted me was $300-$340, but they stuck me with a bill for $489. The explanation from Eltie was that they took longer than anticipated, which was due to the crew’s language barrier and the back and fourth translation from one of their members and the fact that they did not go over my instructions I have given to Eltie in the office during the initiation. Also they spent quite some time chitchatting amongst themselves and laughing quite loud to a point it’s disruptive. I took photos after their initial cleaning efforts. The dust in the vacuum was hair and dust collected afterwards.

Sometimes, life is extremely hard and you feel like you cannot keep your head above water. Things start to pile up. Little things go by the wayside, like dusting and moping. Suddenly, your house feels bad to be in. You try to get back on track, but you are already so far behind- you don't even know where to start.

This, this is where we started. We have never hired a cleaning service before and felt really unsure about it. Would they judge us? Would they be worth the money? Maybe we can rally and do it ourselves.

But, we went ahead and did it. And let me tell you- my life is changed. Our team came in and without hesitation got right to work. Our house has never been this clean, not even when we moved in! They dusted everything. Our fans have not been this spotless since we pulled them out of the package. Our shitty linoleum floors are shining so much you can almost see your hopes and dreams in them. Our bedroom has not felt this peaceful in years. And the bathrooms! You could eat off the tub! We have 3 indoor pets, so as you can imagine the fur is everywhere. But not now! It's nowhere!

Our team was extremely efficient, detail oriented, and lovely. Shout out to Brenda, Kim, and Blanca for their amazing work! I cannot recommend them enough.

Thank you for giving us our home back, I honestly cried from relief and joy after our team left. While the cost was high, it was high because it was worth it. It took our team of three 3 hours to deep clean and was a little over $600. The cost makes me hopeful they are receiving a livable wage from this work, because they deserve it.

It's okay if you have gotten behind and cannot feel like you can catch up, help is on the way.

The team—Victoria, Milka, and Teresa--did an excellent job deep cleaning our house 2 weeks ago. Victoria and team returned today for a regular cleaning. Every surface is sparkling clean, and the house smells wonderfully fresh (not perfumed). Thank you all so much.

Thankful DeSantis was able to help me on a last minute scheduling over a holiday weekend so that our place would be ready for new tenants, great job!

Very disappointed with our services from DeSantis. They did a mediocre job and have provided even worse customer service/communication regarding the issues we tried to address with them. An item was broken while they were cleaning our place, we were told we would be called back after they spoke to their employee about the issue and we have heard nothing back. I recommend hiring a different company.

I have nothing but praise for the work and the wonderful person who did our house today! I had planned to use them just one time, but now I am planning to be a repeat customer!!
