Team #1 has consistently done a great job. They have all been friendly, quick and efficient in their work. Most recently, we had the pleasure of having Patricia, Graciela, Lourdes & Isabel service our home and they did an outstanding job! We love how clean our house is when they're done

We cannot say enough great things about The Maids. We have a lot going on in our person life with ill family members and really did not have time to clean. Team #3 with Mari, Ana, Simona and Brenda did such a wonderful job with so much attention to detail. They came in and deep cleaned the entire house in just a matter of 3 hours. That would have been a 2 day project for my husband and myself. Can't thank you enough for the help and we can't wait for our weekly cleanings!

This is the second time we have used The Maids. Bienda, Milka, Lepita, and Tere (team #5) arrived on time and after asking me what I wanted, they started to go to work. They were all courteous, kind, respectful, and professional. My wife and I have used other house cleaning services before, but none came close to these girls. I highly recommend them! I've hired help through Nextdoor, and word of mouth and finally decided it was time to hire professionals from a reputable company who treated their employees well and promised an excellent job. I had the deep cleaning by Monica, Julieta, and Blana - fabulous ladies! They arrived and got straight to work. It was clear they knew exactly what to do and they operated like a well-oiled machine! My house was DISASTER area, just shy of a hoarding situation - they didn't flinch, just got to it like the professionals they are. Words cannot do justice to the relief and lightness of being I feel after having them do their magical work to my home. They dug me out from under a mountain I couldn't face and gave me back hope and motivation to get back my home to a place I can be proud of! My sincerest thanks ladies, you pulled of a miracle!

Diana’s Team #4 was excellent! We are expecting our third child in just a couple of weeks and had seriously fallen behind on anything deeper than tidying up, resulting in really dirty and grimy baseboards, floors, bathrooms, and ceilings. They were incredibly quick and thorough, respectful and effective. My children were thrilled at their beds made with their stuffies set up for them and my husband and I are absolutely relieved to have this huge job taken care of for such an affordable price (even after needing more time than estimated because of so many areas needing additional attention). They communicated with us and gave a great service, I will definitely be looking into more regular cleaning services from them.

Team #3; Mary, Juana & Susana did an excellent job on our move in clean! The previous owners had lived here 10yrs with small children & two cats, so it was definitely well lived in. These ladies arrived early & quickly dispersed throughout the house to get the job done. 12/2024: Updating that Patricia still has the best team ever. Patricia and her team have been keeping our home clean for YEARS, and they've not had an easy time: 2 Australian Shepherds leave a lot of hair and bring in leaves from the backyard and transporting the firewood for the wood-burning stove means a lot of firewood mess. When they leave, we love the lines in the carpet that demonstrate fresh vacuuming; the clean smells of fresh kitchen, bathrooms, and floors; and the kind touches of a properly made bed.
Old: I really recommend The Maids, who we've been using for over 2 years now on a bi-weekly basis. The front office reschedules when necessary and always calls to remind me. Team 1, Patricia, Graciela, and Lourdes, is fantastic: Very quick, thorough, personable, friendly. I really love the clean house feeling when they leave: It's like a 3-person whirlwind sweeps all the dirt and dust out! And they put up with my dogs, who I try to keep separate but escape sometimes and bark. Thank you.

I've been using The Maids for a monthly cleaning for about 6 months now. I am very pleased with their work and the fee I am charged for it. The teams are friendly fast and efficient. Today I had team #5, Brenda, Rosa and Simona. They did a fabulous job as usual!

My husband and I just moved to Salem from Maryland. We purchased a new home which needed a thorough cleaning. It was a model home and after sitting empty for over a year and, some recent construction, it was in need of a deep cleaning. Team #4 Lorena, Lucy and Rosalinda arrived right on time. They were so friendly and upbeat. They were very willing to do whatever I asked of them. In less than 4 hours the house looked amazing ~ it just sparkled! I am so relieved that I found The Maids. The house is now ready for our furniture and all household belongings to arrive. I plan to use The maids on an ongoing basis every other week. Thank you Team #4. :-)

We moved to Salem at the end of August and used The Maids for the fist time to do post construction cleaning. They did such a fabulous job that we decided to hire The Maids for regular cleaning every two weeks. I continue to be impressed with their timeliness, efficiency, friendliness and thoroughness in the work that they do. Today we had Team 5 Bianca, Amilcar and Rosa today. The house just sparkled after they were finished. They clean items that my previous Maryland house cleaners didn’t do. For example, I have antique Japanese wood carving on my wall. They dusted it with a dry paint brush ~ which is what I would do and did do in the past because my previous cleaners didn’t do that. They were thorough and paid attention to detail. Overall, we are extremely happy with the quality of the work of The Maids team. Thank you again Team #5

Team #4 was here today (Gaby, Elsi and Teresa). What a delightful team. They worked very hard and were extremely efficient. I wanted the house ready for Thanksgiving and they ensured that everything was cleaned to our satisfaction. It was clean, fresh and beautiful! I am so impressed that they even vacumn the furniture & lift the cushions. The Maids of Salem are a "preferred house cleaning" company for a reason. We’ve been using The Maids of Salem since moving to Salem over a year ago, and they continue to impress us every single visit. Their teams are consistently friendly — always arriving with big smiles — and they work efficiently while still delivering a spotless, detail-oriented clean every time.

Today we had Team #6 (Rana, Milka, and Lucia ~ they were wonderful! Cheerful when they arrived, they got right to work and did a fantastic job throughout the house. We couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, consistency, and the care they put into their work.

Everything is sparkling! It looks incredible! I asked for a deep clean of my kitchen cabinet doors and they’ve never looked so clean! Ask for Team 3! Hard workers, fast, thorough, and so sweet and kind!
