I was wanting my house cleaned and found Busy Bee through a Google search. After discussing my needs with Natasha I hired her for a deep cleaning. Oh my goodness, what a wonderful surprise when I came home to a SPARKLING clean home! Everything shined and my house smelled so good! No chemical smells at all, just a fresh clean smell. She let me know about a small mildew problem I was unaware of and how she cleaned and treated the area. She and her partner did a beautiful job, her rates are very reasonable, and I intend to have her come monthly to keep my home clean and looking good! I highly recommend Natasha!

There was a car driving really stupid and could have made someone crash. It has a QR code on the car so I scanned it and it turned out to be this company. She was cutting up on the street and doing it with really tight spaces.

They did excellently.

Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience as others. Our cleaner forgot to wash the floor several times until reminded and also didn’t always remember to take out the trash - when we asked for a new cleaner we were denied this option.

I needed a cleaning service asap. I had a tenant move out who was supposed to clean and never did. Had to get the place ready for the next teant . Called them up on a Saturday morning at 8:55am...Rosie was here by 9:30. She and her crew did an amazing job. I will be using her again for sure next time I need a cleaning service.

When Rosie first came to our house for an estimate, she stated she would charge $750 for the initial cleaning. After being told we would "get back to her", she immediately dropped the price to $400. Be warned, she tries to negotiate hard, and uses high numbers up front to try and influence the final number. We negotiated a low monthly price of $125. But there continued to be red flags. She asks that the money be hidden for her, so that her workers don't know how much she is getting paid. I don't think her workers speak English. She only takes cash. The work they did was good, but we had to let her go, due to unprofessional behavior. We would have a planned time for her and her workers to come clean, and she would change it last minute. She would ask for donations for poor people in Guatemala, and then make a comment saying she would probably just take the donated items for herself. She was quite pushy, and giving her any pushback would result in her making a negative and unprofessional comment. It was just too much for us to put up with, and we suspect she isn't paying her workers fairly. We had to switch over to a reputable company.

Rosie called me back on the weekend, which she doesn’t work. I needed a deep cleaning for a move out cleaning. She came on a Sunday night and did an EXCELLENT job! I would highly recommend Rosie and her team. She is a life saver.

Rosie and her team are amazing at what they do. Our house had years of dirt baked in all the wall corners and crevices and it was almost like she gave it a new coat of paint. Very good deep clean. She is a fast worker and is always on time.
