Universal Shine has the best crews.... They treat my 90 year old folks with such respect and work around their needs to make them feel comfortable. The job is excellent and boy does our home smell good.

We use Ushine for all of our move in/out cleans on our properties, and they are always without fail fantastic in both service and response. Not only is their quality of work amazing, but interacting with their staff is always a pleasure.

I cannot express how highly I recommend this fantastic company and their services. All of the cleaners are great! Alexis always goes above and beyond. She's very friendly, kind, and super hardworking. She came on her own today and it is the cleanest it has ever been! Absolutely phenomenal job! I'm so impressed by the quality of her work.

Additionally, I use the messenger app to communicate with their customer service and Rebecca is one of the best customer service reps I have interacted with anywhere. She's always ready and willing to help! I once missed the cleaners come by and she figured out how to still get some to me that day. I can't imagine shuffling people around to accommodate my error was easy but she made it seem so. She responds promptly and is very passionate about meeting your needs!

Overall this whole business and their employees are wonderful. I will never hire other cleaning companies ever again.

Armando and his team have been doing business for us for the better part of three years, and they never cease to amaze me! They have done work for us that I was sure was out of their scope, but they always have a "Can-do" attitude and provide outstanding results and customer service!

I'd have to say, Universal Shine has been a life saver. We have tons of multi family and single family units throughout Salem. It was so hard in the past to stay up with all the cleaning before. Now the business we call our "business family" has been wonderful and understanding to all of our needs. Universal Shine has stepped in to be our #1 go to cleaners. From just cleaning to carpet cleaning they have the answer and ability to do it all. I have to remind the boss man or other employees sometimes not to change out carpet, that i have 100% faith Universal Shine will get that carpet looking and smelling great! We have been able to save so much money not replacing carpet in between each tenant.

We own a property management company and we use Universal Shine to clean all carpets and house cleaning at our properties. We are so glad we found them. They are reasonably priced, respond quickly to questions and work orders, and they are detail-oriented. We have had issues with previous cleaning companies either overcharging for work, not performing work listed on an invoice, not doing a good job, or not showing up when they say they will. We have had zero issues with Universal Shine and highly recommend them.

these cleaners come dressed Professionally and they are kind hard working people all of them I will continue using them on my Apartment Complex we have 84 units and high college turnover and this company always answers our call and leaves our units Shiny and we are always happy with the cleaning they provide best cleaners I have had yet!

Wouldn’t recommend. When I hire cleaners it’s because I’m wanting them to do a better job than what I can do, but the cleaning that I received was very surface level. I feel like I wasted my money. It looks like all they did was vacuum and dust as fast as possible. My oven wasn’t cleaned, neither were my baseboards, shower is still dirty, doorframes still had dust, underneath my entertainment center still had dust and dog hair, there was cleaner that was sprayed on my fridge that was never wiped off…. It also smelled like all the cleaning rags they used where already dirty :-(

I have worked as an apartment manager in both Salem and Albany, Oregon, and I first began using Universal Shine in 2018 at my previous property. Since then, I’ve continued to rely on their services because of the consistently excellent results they provide.

Their wraparound services—including cleaning, carpet cleaning, and emergency flood water removal—have been invaluable over the years. They have handled everything from small spiff cleans to massive haul-outs involving floor-to-ceiling trash, always with professionalism and efficiency.

Their pricing is fair, especially considering they typically bring more than one cleaner to ensure the job is done thoroughly. Communication is also stellar, making coordination easy and stress-free. One thing I especially appreciate is that they have maintained much of the same staff for years, which really speaks to the quality of the company and the care they put into their work.

Overall, Universal Shine is a wonderful company with truly great employees, and I highly recommend them.
