I highly recommend this carpet cleaning company, very pleased with their service.

Punctual, good communication too. Very respectful and considerate. When I told him what I wanted, he was honest and very helpful and it gave me a better experience for myself. (Wanted one room done, told me it was barely a price difference to do another room). They did solid work, better than I did with renting my carpet cleaning crap from Walmart to be honest. I had some very tough stains from pets. Reasonable pricing too.

Did an amazing job at cleaning our carpet as well as sectional couch. The amount of time spent to make sure everything was clean is very much appreciated. Prior to leaving, he made sure we were satisfied with his services as well as went over all products used in our home. Definitely recommend! He doesn’t complete a full service in one hour for a 3 bedroom house as we were used to.10/10 recommended! Carpet and couch looks brand new!

Jose and his crew are amazing!!! I normally vacuum the cat hair from my patio cushions and drop them off for cleaning, but I didn’t have time. The D’Santi Company came right to my house and got the job done in just a few hours so I didn’t have to wait three weeks to get them back like I usually do. And they weren’t judgy about all the cat hair. My cushions are like brand new again. Will definitely call again next year!!!

I have used several companies here in Albany. Masterful was quick, professional, and affordable. I had my carpets cleaned by one of the more popular companies here, and was charged $240. Masterful did the same job and quality for $140. Trust me they’re by far the best in the Albany area.

Their cleaning tech arrived on time and was very pleasant. We went over what needed to be cleaned and he got right to work. The carpet looks better than it has in years. I really appreciated the attention to detail. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to calling on them again.
