What a wonderful feeling it was to have truly clean carpets! I am over the moon happy with the price and quick service Masterful Carpet provided to me.

Masterful did a fantastic job for us! They were very prompt and responsive when I first reached out. They communicated very well throughout getting a bid, scheduling, and then performing the work. And, they did an incredible job on some really bad carpets. We are very happy with Masterful Carpets.

I cannot thank Randy and Jose enough for cleaning our carpets on such quick notice! Randy went above and beyond working his schedule around to accommodate us ! Jose did a great job checking the stains and communicating with me about what they could be and what he's going to do to clean it. They answered all my questions and did such an outstanding job in our new-to-us home. Now with a clean carpet we can move into our home with ease knowing that it is safe and clean for us to live in. I recently acquired a free vintage sofa. I did not know it had cat urine on it when it was delivered. Masterful Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning this white sofa. They did so well that we found out that the white sofa also had some very light pink flowers 🌸. It was an amazing discovery!! The guy that came out was professional, efficient, and thoughtful about his process. I am very pleased! 😄

The service was fantastic and my carpet looks wonderful! The service provider did such a great job so quickly, I asked for their business card so that I can be sure to use them again in the future.

Quick and easy cleaning, all that we were asking for!! Helped me disassemble furniture and move it out of the way. The bedroom already smells and feels cleaner. Will definitely be booking a service in the future.

I recently used Randy and his team before moving into our new house. I was thoroughly impressed! They were incredibly quick and the line work on my carpets was fantastic. I reached out Saturday and he was able to slot me late Monday. My carpets look brand new. Highly recommend! 16 year old carpet looking fresh.

They did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. Robert, our tech, was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly.

Masterful Carpet Cleaning was quick to respond to our request for information on stain removal. Randy, the technician, arrived as scheduled, greeted me with a big smile, and said he was here to resolve our carpet issues. After performing his magic, we were so pleased with the stunning results. Stain’s were gone, and the carpeting looked new.

We have an Airbnb in Aurora and had some stains in the carpet. I called several companies to clean the carpets and they were booked out. I called The Masterful carpet cleaning and they said they could do it today which was amazing. They not only came the same day, but arrived early and did an amazing job. Very professional, and courteous. I owned my own floor cleaning company and I am very meticulous about cleaning, and they went above and beyond. I think it was Randy who cleaned my carpet today.
At first he had trouble finding a spigot to connect to, but he found one.
He did an amazing job. I’m very pleased with how things turned out.
I was originally quoted $156 for the work, but was charged $200
I was told the difference was the fact that my apartment is on the third floor.
I am very happy with the results, but $200 for a small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment seems a lot.
But thanks again for doing a good job.
