5 stars is not a high enough rating. They showed up on time and did great work, even fixing some substandard work left behind by a previous contractor in my attic. I will definitely call them in the future!

Francisco was great to work with for a small electrical project at my house, going above and beyond. He was very friendly and communicative.

I hired Pacific Power Electric for our home build. It was a smooth process. He recommended some things I hadn’t thought about for our build and I liked that.

Francisco and Joey came right out when I called about a floodlight camera that stopped working after a mini-split contractor did an install on the same end of the house. Francisco and Joey checked the work they had done in the breaker box, and found no problems. They then helped me get the light off the wall to check that the wires still had power, and there was power. Apparently my floodlight camera just failed at the same time work was being done on that end of the house. The guys were super helpful and went out of their way to fight a striped screw to get the light down. I would definitely use these guys again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great guys came in to assure I had plenty of power for my new heat pump. Timely. Work done quickly and efficiently. Answered all my questions and showed me the changes on the electrical box. Polite and humorous. Discussed other electric work and the prices were very reasonable. Thanks!! 💫💫💫

Posted an ad on FB looking for electrical service. The owner contacted me and provided me with a good price based on my photos and needs and quick install time. Reviews online were great on multiple sites. Electricians Patrick and Joey arrived early and were friendly and accomodating. They finished in under and hour and it looks and works great.

Sorry this has been so long in writing. Your team was very friendly and professional. They were efficient and left our facility better than they found it. Hey found a couple of fixtures that were not working and fixed them while replacing the lights.

Francisco came out today to change the lighting in our shop. I could tell right away he knows what he was doing. Super efficient and friendly.

Was able to set up an appointment promptly for the next day and completed the job and ALSO was able to do a few others as well. Excellent work and above and beyond service!

I was having an AC unit installed in the garage and they did the electrical part of the job. They did a great job. But what they found in the attic was scary. I had the entire bundle of electrical wiring exposed. Francisco immediately turned off the breaker to my oven and told me it was a fire hazard. He came out two days later to fix it even so he was booked solid. He and his team are compassionate about helping their customers and know what they are doing. I will call them in the future for all of my electrical needs.

I highly recommend Francisco and the Team at Pacific Power Electric. I needed to have my panel upgraded to a 200A service and they knocked it out of the park not only on a fair price and outstanding workmanship. Very professional and engaged communication on every step of the project. The work was completed right the first time and the area was cleaned up and left as if they hadn't been there. Great job PPE LCC, you are at the top of your game.

We have had multiple jobs completed for ourselves and my mother in law with Pacific Power Electric. Francisco has completed electrical repairs at my mother in laws. They did the wiring of a new heat pump we had installed a couple of years ago at our residence. This year they installed shop lighting in our pole barn shop building. Prices have always been very reasonable. In all of our interactions the work was completed efficiently, correctly and with a friendly interaction. I highly recommend Pacific Power Electric for Electrical Service needs you may have.

Francisco came out the same day (on a very busy, post-windstorm day). He and his partner were thorough and very friendly. They got us back up and running quickly and at a very fair price.

Francisco is the real deal! Don't bother calling anyone else. Professional, prompt, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I called him for last minute remodel rescue and he comes over very next morning and rocks it in less than an hour. He works fast but so carefully. The whole time has the patience to be feioamd answer dumb customer questions 😉 I've found my go to electrician. I also love he grew up in Keizer!
Thanks so much! -
Francisco and Gabriel came by to check on our electrical grounding wire for our solar battery. They solved the issue but did so much more!! They helped us understand the app on our phone, they answered related questions with humor and knowledge. Francisco deserves a score of 12 on a 10 pt scale. As a couple who are happily advancing in age, we especially appreciated their kindness and respect. I highly recommend Pacific Power Electric to our neighbors and friends for any electrical concerns.

Great group of Technicians that really care about the client and their needs.

Very helpful, answered the phone quickly and got us the answer we needed

Well the associates are willing to tell you anything on the phone! Do not believe them! Got there and the person i spoke to was gone for the day. The person helping me said no we cannot sell and have no remnants of carpet for you thoes are for installers only! What a bunch of crap. Never doing business with them again!

Do not use for flooring installation. Ordering was a headache. Delivery took weeks and was rescheduled twice because they ordered wrong (they guys that delivered were very friendly and helpful- 3rd party service though). Several items needed were not ordered even though our paperwork shows we purchased them. I had to repurchase in store myself. I paid for transition strips and molding twice.
Installation was a nightmare!! The tech charges me $100 to move my stove out of the way. $100 he claimed had to be written out to him personally because the company would charge $250. He refused to do my floors until it was moved (I can't move it alone, I tried) and the company he worked for wouldn't answer. So I had to pay the $100. He also claimed that our floor was "extra dirty" and required an extra fee. He had our carpet ripped up and the floors swept/cleaned of debris (over 1400sq ft) in less than 20 mins. That was NOT worthy of an extra dirty fee.
The installer spent the whole time on the phone (while he installed the flooring) complaining to both his wife and employer that he didn't want jobs this big anymore and that he needed to be paid more. Halfway through his second day he got frustrated with the molding, threw his tools in his bag, and told me that I hadn't paid for installation of transition strips or molding so he was done. I showed him the paperwork from HD that showed I HAD paid for it but he just left. The day before I had gone out and bought the right molding because he had showed me what HD ordered didn't match my floors so it would look weird when he installed it. But suddenly a dqy later I hadn't paid for it?! He left anyway. I had flooring in but no transition strips, large scratches in my door frames, and 2 feet of molding (installed incorrectly btw). Going into my daughter's (5yrs) room he hadn't removed the floor tacks and my daughter cut her foot badly on them. All the rooms had sharp tacks sticking up.
The company "apologized" but the woman on the phone was snippy and rude. I had to wait 2 weeks for sub contractors out of Corvallis to come fix/finish it. I refused to have the original installer back. They did much better but they had a hard time fixing his mistakes. The carpet at transitions (from kitchen to family room or hall to bedrooms) was cut too short so they couldn't properly install transition strips. I now need to replace the carpet in three bedrooms and a family room because the carpet was cut wrong and transitions are so bad you can see the flooring underneath. We saved for years to upgrade our floors and this was a waste if money. I've never been so disappointed in a company's work.
