This professional crew is prompt and friendly. It almost makes you feel better about the brutally high rates charged along the way. Jacob, our technician was knowledgeable and helped us choose the right water heater for us. They were available next day and had excellent communication along the journey. At $2600/ hour in labor it feels like a steal for somebody.

Absolute pleasure to work with both Eric and Jaymeson during both the diagnosis and repair phases of the work we needed done at our home. Very professional and personable! Woke up with a leak dripping from the ceiling. Called these guys and within a few hours they were in and out. Gave me amplel service options which relieved a lot of pressure (no pun intended).

Called around to a few places, but landed on Evergreen Plumbing. Kaitlynn was courteous and understanding. She made the scheduling process a breeze.

Jeffrey B was the certified plumber they sent. He was experienced, friendly, efficient. He came in, took his measurements and photos, went to his work rig and pumped out a really easy to understand menu of options for us to choose from. I appreciated his professionalism.

My overall experience with the company was fantastic. I would highly recommend these guys!

Jeff was so professional and honest! I called this AM needed emergency service for our plumbing and they were at my door within 2 hours. He not only fixed the immediate problem we had but did a whole inspection of our pipes which included getting in our crawl space. He was very upfront about pricing for the visit and gave us a comprehensive look at what we needed (we live in a older home) in the future for the health of our home.. I would 10000% recommend Evergreen for any of your plumbing needs.

I had a failing mini split system in 3 of the seven rooms that needed replacing. I met with Jimmy and he and each of his team Warren, Christain , Frank, Kevin, Jack ordered everything I needed to do all 7 rooms in just a couple of days. The respect of my property was unbeatable! They were true professional's. I now have heat and air conditioning in each room and im warm for the winter. They also had Harris and his team available to do my electrical talk about amazing if you need them Talk to Evergreen they compliment each other very nicely. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone. Gosh they also cleaned up after each area they worked.

A huge thank you to our total repipe crew; Peter, Mason, Carson, Daniel, Koa, Ryder, Frank, Jack, and Chris. Having our 1978 beauty repiped felt very daunting. From start to finish, our Evergreen team explained the whole process up front, talked with us along the way of the two-day process, and took care of our home with minimal invasion. We are extremely pleased with the results.

Evergreen Plumbing was the first company I called, and while we got a couple additional quotes from other companies, they were comparable in price and we went with them - they did not disappoint!
The crew we had (Thomas mcgifford, Tom Hamilton, Sal, Andrew, and Kyle were very nice and professional. They were respectful (didn’t blast loud music though we wouldn’t have cared) did their work well, kept us informed when things had to change, and cleaned up well after themselves. At one point we asked for an additional thing to be done and instead of just charging it to us and doing it, it was explained to us that it may not hold well, instead of just trying to up charge a sale. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

We had a pipe failure in the bathroom of our manufactured home, and one failure led to another including being unable to shut off the water at the street.
They sent a guy right over and inspected the pipes. Determined that it was plastic pipes throughout and was destined for total failure.
I’m a retired general contractor, so I knew he was correct.
They sent a crew out the next morning and replaced the pipes throughout, the failing hot water heater, the connections for the washer/dryer, hot water heater, exterior hose bibs, and made everything functional again.
They installed a shut off valve, so the cities inability to make a quick repair didn’t cause us more problems.
They were quick, efficient, kind and understanding. They didn’t charge for installing the hot water heater.
Their customer service is 5 star. If it went higher, I would rate it as most excellent!!

The plumbers do an excellent job; professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They show up ready to work and clearly know what they’re doing, which immediately puts you at ease.

I’m not entirely sure how their pricing compares to other companies. At first glance it did seem a bit expensive ,but they also did a lot of work, and in my opinion it was worth it. You definitely get quality service and thorough attention to detail.

When the first technician comes out to assess the job, they do walk you through different options and upgrades. Yes, there’s some upselling , but it’s low pressure. It felt more like being shown choices than being pushed into something. If I had an unlimited home-improvement budget, I’d probably be living that Platinum Package life. 😄
Overall, great experience, solid work, and a team you can trust. I’d use them again.
I might still get a couple of estimates just for comparison, but honestly, when your plumbing goes sideways, the easiest and most reliable route starts looking pretty great, even if it costs a little more. Peace of mind counts for a lot.

Excellent service and professional. Quick, timely fix for a broken sewer line. They came to the rescue and were flexible in considering I had put the job out for bids from several providers.

A big thanks to all the guys at Evergreen. First of all, each person was very nice & friendly. They were very conscious of keeping our house clean inside as they worked. Clean up after as well. Showed up on time. Worked their butts off and workmanship was perfect. They explained everything that was going to be done to us before work started, during the job and after work was done. Also the price was very reasonable and no hidden extra charges. A BIG shout out first to Peter. A great leader of his crew. Thanks to Carson, Mason, Daniel, Ryder, Kyle, Marcus & Tom. This guy is great. Eric is easy to talk to very polite and professional. Very understanding. Our 6 month old kitten had never visitors before and Eric was so kind to him and they even played.

So I bought a house that one might consider a "work in progress." Plumbing was shot before I moved in, though it passed inspection, and I had an excellent team install a new water heater, insulated pipes, the whole shebang, within a few days of the initial call. Very costly to me after having just bought the house of course, but they offered financing I could afford + there's a long warranty that stays with the residence. Might as well add value to my house, right?

And then - the water heater failed at the electrical connection within DAYS. I only got to take one good shower with it! And so, the next morning I called begging for help, and they came out AGAIN! New temporary water heater installed with same-day service, I couldn't believe it. Both the electrician and the plumbers (from Evergreen of course) said they'd never seen that happen with that model before. Just my luck, but the point is that they got me back up and running right before the weekend.

Everyone I've talked to here has been polite and really seems to take customer service seriously - which I can give or take with most businesses, but it's a very nice experience being treated like a valued customer. I am so lucky the first plumber I called never called me back because at this point I want to stay with this team forever. They've got real experience on the team and people who you can tell genuinely love the work they do fixing up peoples' homes.

James Heating came highly recommended by a friend. Two of their family members also had good experiences with James. I called yesterday for a quote, they got Mike out today and were $6,000 cheaper than the rough estimate we had received from someone else. Everyone was professional and courteous and we are highly likely to hire them for the job.

It was time to replace the old furnace. We asked for a quote from James Heating. There was no pressure to purchase. Their installers were great; everything from putting down tarps to protect our flooring to full explanations of how our new furnace works. The office staff have also been great.

I had my annual furnace and air conditioner check up with Todd… He did an excellent job and was very courteous, very professional and very reasonably priced. I have James come out every year. And I feel really blessed and lucky that my air conditioner is 25 years old and still kicking 🤞🏼... I sort of think it’s because I get annual check ups. I would highly recommend this company!!

They put our furnace and air-conditioning unit in 30 years ago. It's still running and they come yearly to service it. They're a great bunch of people and I think they're the reason why it's still running. We are so glad that we went with James Heating and will continue. We highly recommend them.
