Patrick did an excellent job cleaning our roof! The roof looks noticeably cleaner, and he was very thorough without causing any damage. He also left everything neat and tidy when he was finished. It’s clear Patrick takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roof cleaning and would happily use his services again.

Patrick did an amazing job cleaning A LOT of moss and debris off of our house and shed roofs (and gutters, and even our siding)! He was knowledgeable, prompt, reliable, courteous, and his prices more than fair. He left our place clean and shining, and we will definitely be calling him back for regular maintenance. I had an accident at my home where a car came through my garage door and tore the door off and did some damage to the side wall. I called to have mitigation done. Within two hours Justin C., Octavio, Erick, and Sam M., came out to help. They stabilized the damage and enclosed my garage door. They were friendly and efficient. I feel much better now that they added a secure closure to my home while I wait for the repair process to begin. I know if I need mitigation done anytime in the future I will contact them again.

The ServPro group did a great job starting the repair job on my basement. Victor, was forthcoming in answering all my questions. Sebastian, Clarence, and Austin knew exactly what needed to be done. Through their knowledge they were able to get the removal of the damp, damaged, surfaces done in a timely manner. Thank you fellas!

Thanks to Erick, Octavio and Jose for cleaning out the crawl space so that the drying and repair work can begin. Great guys, polite and professional. Keep up the great work.

Great service! Matthew did a wonderful job with his part of our home repair. He had to come out everyday to monitor a particular process, and he was great in communicating with us about scheduling and the progress being made. Our thanks to Matthew Kirkman and ServPro for the care they provided.

I had to add to my original post, as we found the billing process to be very frustrating. Again, their services and work were great, but I would strongly recommend you have your insurance work directly with them on all billing, with expressed instruction to be contacted only after all insurance Billings and payments have been settled. The invoices were being sent to me daily, often with 'Final Notice' in the headings: however, the invoices were not 'final' nor were they correct as they would often not include payments made by my insurance agency. It got very confusing... for all parties.

To be clear, I recommend their work and the staff (both ServPro and McGinnis) were GREAT! But their accounting system was very frustrating and it took a lot of time to get everything corrected.

I thought my truck was done for in regards to a mold remediation but Ray, Sebastian, Eli, and Diego were amazing and got my truck back to me spotless! Furthermore, Ray, Nico, and the receptionists made the process way too easy to handle and saved me a couple of headaches. I cannot recommend this crew enough!

On January 17th I was involved in a house fire that was extensive. I also had someone I loved perish in the fire. I was fortunate to have renters insurance but my insurance company said I would need to inventory the things I wanted to claim. Since there was nothing in my house that was not affected by smoke damage It was an overwhelming task. I was told the environment was toxic and I should not really be in the house at all. For two days I suited up, wore a respirator and relived the event trying to document my household. Thanks to my dad he found a wonderful woman named Jen who worked for Servpro. She was at my house within 30 minutes of the conversation. She was so kind and understanding and said not only could they do the inventoy but she would contact my insurance adjuster and work all the claims part out for me. The team of six came out and spent 5 long, dirty days documenting EVERYTHING in my house. Every day they came with kindness and gentleness to purge what was once my home. To all that came into my life from Servpro you will never know what a true blessing all of you were during a traumatic moment in my life.

Very professional great bunch of people came out right away and took care of the issues we had with our house

We experienced water damage in our home and Victor and Eric came out to our house the next day and quickly began water mitigation. They both worked very quickly to dry out our flooring and cabinets in order to prevent mold and water damage.
We also had McKenna’s crew come out to do the pack out and pack back and they did an amazing job wrapping and packing all our belongings. Everything was packed so neatly and labeled.
Everyone we worked with was so kind and knowledgeable and I can’t thank them all enough.

They have been amazing from a business as well as a community standpoint.

After our house fire, things were really confusing and overwhelming. Jennifer was the one to walk me through the process of what to expect next. Their empathy has meant the world to my family during this crisis.

Strong winds damage our roof on Dec 26 that caused water leakage in inside of the house and Corban and his team has been amazing.
Sam and Dustin came to assess the initial damage and install the dehumidifiers. Both were great, very professional and respectful. They were very thorough and provided some very useful information.
I also like to give kudos to Corban as he helped me with some questions I had with my insurance and all after 5 pm!

I've had the pleasure of working with several amazing people from this restoration company, and every interaction has been a great experience. Corbin Kirkman, Jessica Timm, Kesha Mills, and Euri Nunez (just to name a few) were all professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. It's clear this company values great services and hires a team that truly cares about their work and their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services in the Salem area!

ServPro and their team was fast to respond. Efficient and thorough in their work. Euclide as Project Manager and Austin and Levi were amazing team leads with lots of respect towards staff, professionalism amongst the rest of our staff and thorough cleaning of our facilities.

We are in the process of selling our home. Per our buyer’s request, I had ServPro come out to evaluate our gables for possible mildew and remove/treat as needed. Corbin was super helpful and reassured me that no work needed to be done. I will definitely use them in the future if needed because I know I can trust that they will only charge me for work that is necessary. I also needed to find a good plumber and Corbin was able to give me a lot of affordable reccomendations to check out.

SERVPRO staff is very professional and very responsive to customer needs and questions. I was so impressed with them! They were referred to me by my home insurance after the sewer line flooded my basement. I can see why they were chosen. They were careful and conscientious throughout the project and they obviously knew what they were doing, from first contact to the last. It was a real mess, and when they were done, I was left with a clean, dry basement and everything that had been down there was either disposed of as needed or cleaned and stored until I was ready to have it returned to me. I didn't have to really deal with any of it.
