I called Kevin at 9pm on a Saturday for a clients home fire. Kevin was there in under 15 minutes and had services at the home within an hour. They made the process simple and straight forward for the client. Very impressed with Kevin.

Wow, ServPro in Salem helped me out of an emergency situation. I contact ServPro and was contacted by Corbin K within 10-minutes after my call. Corbin, expedited my request for residential biohazard cleaning within 16-hours of talking with him. Our basement flooded last year and when I posted it on Facebook the next thing I knew I received a call from Jen B who I had only really just gotten to know. I knew she worked for Servpro yet I really guess I didn’t think our issue was something they did. Well that was on a weekend and Monday she had someone out to our home and Servpro did an amazing job with clean up drying I would recommend them for any disaster even a flood at home. Jaiden and Ray came in got right to work. They helped move my refrigerator even though it was quite difficult and all the refrigerator doors needed to come off along with a house door and getting the refrigerator doors back on correctly was a little bit tricky. Jaiden made sure that before he left, everything was done to my liking, and that I was happy I appreciate that very much, and would welcome them back to do Work again thank you ! Jaiden and Ray

This started as a washing machine leak and partial cleanup. Servpro team came in and completed the job of tracking down mold issues. We are very happy with the service Servpro provided. From the initial call, to the follow up, to the clean up. Kesha came out and gave us an initial assessment and was right on time. Very explanatory and made things happen to get us take care of ASAP as we were crunched for time.

Ray came out for the clean up and was on time, super polite and did a great job. This was a biohazard clean up so he did extra special work that was greatly appreciated by us.

We've had a very positive experience thus far in the process of cleaning up our water damage. Kesha was prompt in coming out to get clear pictures of the damage and accuracy for where the water damage had spread to. She continued to keep us updated throughout the entire process and made sure things were in place prior to her heading out for vacation. Ray and Thomas came in shortly after to demo and take up the damaged floors and dry wall and insulation. They were clean throughout the demo cleaning up any particles along the way. As the drying process went on, Matthew continued to check the moisture levels everyday throughout the following week. He helped get the process moving with setting a space heater behind the dehumidifier to get the primary spot dry. I very much appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of each staff member that has been part of our restoration. Looking forward to continue working with the McGinnis team, Jon, to get our new floors in.

Samar and Justin of ServPro arrived on time and did a great job consulting with me, and moving shelving and contents. They did a careful and clean demo of water damaged ceiling and dry wall. Samar communicated well with perfect English, if that’s a question. He and Justin worked well together and finished in 4.5 hours. I would be happy to have them again.

Victor and his crew came in a started the mitigation of water damage to our basement in less than 24hrs of the start of our claim. They performed all the needed structural removal and setup the fans and dehumidifiers the same day. Victor and his crew were easy to work and very respectful of the house and doing good work.

Ray and Mason were amazing at taking care and removing all of the items in our bathroom water disaster. They were super thorough and were very nice as well.
