Kesha, the project manager, responded immediately to my call for help. As a true professional she has managed the entire process by working with insurance adjuster, plumber and everyone else on this project. But the best part is Kesha always keeping me advised on status of putting my bathrooms and kitchen back to how things were.

Euclid, Austin and Rebecca showed me nothing but kindness, compassion, and understanding.

Im literally 2 days from the fire and they have been the most positive experience ive had so far trying to figure my life out now that ive lost almost everything.

If you need a service they offer, do it, you wont regret it. I dunno how other places operate, but the courtesy and professionalism of these people is outstanding. Highly recommend.

The Servpro Team McGinness, especially Jen Self and Jenn Benaividez; are absolutely outstanding! Both Jens have been deeply engaged in the Independence community, and I can confidently say they are some of the very first people to show up to help and often the very last to leave.
I’ve had the privilege of working with them over the last year on several different projects, and they’ve become my go-to people. Their professionalism through Servpro is incredible. I’ve personally recommended them for restoration calls, including flood and fire situations, knowing they will handle every job with excellence and care.
But what sets them apart even more is their heart for the community. They don’t just do their jobs, they go above and beyond, showing up to support events, gatherings, and causes that don’t even fall within their “line of work.” They are true community helpers and advocates, and our entire area is better because of their dedication.

Came home Christmas to find our stove burned up a plastic cutting board. Smoke everywhere. Kitchen is all black. Called Servpro the next day, Victor and Tiffany came out and set up the air cleaning machines immediately and told us exactly what to expect moving forward. Very professional and understanding. Happy to know we’re moving forward with them.

Servpro is awesome and I would give them 6 stars if I could. We had work done and it left a huge dust mess that made it hard to breathe after a few minutes inside. Servpro came to our rescue and cleaned up the walls, floor, and ceiling of the entire house. They also brought air scrubbers so we can breathe without needing a respirator. Levi and Nick were terrific in getting everything done so we can come home. A++++ job done.

Servpro employees Austin, Maria, Beatrid, Levi & Nick were amazing. They were all so very hard working, friendly & knowledgeable & kind. They were informative & answer any questions. The crew took so much stress out of a very stressful situation. The home smells pleasant now. Thank you all.

I'm thrilled to share my review of this Servpro team. I have been super impressed with my entire experience. Euri Nunez (project manager) has been on top of everything and keeps me updated every step of the way. His communication is a 10/10. Erick and Jose did the demo, they were extremely kind and worked efficiently. Gavin took care of all the checks & equipment while my home was drying. He was flexible, courteous, and worked around my schedule. Having worked with another restoration company in the past, I can honestly say this one stands out, they're hands down the best choice.

We called this company immediately when we discovered a waterfall coming from our hallway light fixture. Victor was at our house within 3 hours.(Greatly appreciated) and started extracting whatever water was possible and left us with dehumidifiers and fans.
Kesha was managing all the moving parts of what was my family’s 1st ever water mitigation process. Kesha kept in great contact with us and made sure everything offered to us to help was pre approved by our insurance. She sent in the most amazing group of people to help pack up the 3/4 of our home that needed to be out to demo things and dry my home out.
The dream team of packers arrived at my doorstop along with a big storage container to put our belongs in. Let me tell you Rebecca, Levi, Jordan and Ruben had their work cut out for them. They were so kind and super respectful about neatly packing all the shit my family had spread all over our home. They thought they were coming in for a half-day job little did they know they’d be there for two full days and have to get me a second storage container. This dream team ruled with the punches, they were so lovely and professional about it While answering all my questions and working so hard and in a way that didn’t feel intrusive for me at all.(which can be hard, considering 5 people and my dog sharing the space. They were so awesome with my dog too. That’s why I called them the dream team. I’ve even included a picture here I like them so much. Keisha kept in contact over the next several days and throughout the entire process. She answered so many of our calls/ texts answering our many questions and sometimes just reassuring us that it was gonna be OK. We could tell she was really busy, but she made time for us to make us feel heard. Next in this process was demo, which went very fast. Gavin, Sebastian, Victor and Kayden worked hard all day, but they got everything out quickly so we could get to completely drying out all floors and walls. Kesha wrapped everything done in a neat package a submitted to our home insurance provider. We did meet with the construction team and we’re deciding whether we’re gonna use them but they were so lovely and kind to us as well. We’ll just see what they propose as far as timeline and making sure everything is back to normal and as soon as possible. We aren’t quite finished with the process, but so far the water mitigation process has been top-notch thanks to all who helped us.

My recent experience with Serv Pro of West Salem was phenomenal. I worked with Jon as the lead project manager and he was attentive, patient and thoroughly explained the process. Chris and Jeremy were the boots on the ground doing restoration work and they did a fantastic job, their craftsmanship is impeccable and their effort not only to finish in a timely manner but also maintain their attention to detail was noticeable. They were also willing and able to answer any questions my wife or I had throughout the process. And finally Levi and Brady capped the project off by cleaning our carpets thoroughly as well. I'm extremely satisfied with Serv Pro of West Salem and although I hope not to need their services anytime soon I would count myself lucky if this crew ever was sent to do any type of work on my home. 10/10 would recommend.

A toilet supply line ruptured in our home during a 4- day vacation. It was estimated the water supply line pumped water into our bathroom and caused water damage to one third of our home. We called Servpro to come and extract the water followed by 2 weeks of mitigation to help dry out the effected areas. ServPro had staying issues which delayed the removal of our furniture. After reconstruction, Servpro's new crew returned our furniture and set everything up. The new crew consisted of 5 young men who were professional, respectful and efficient. We were very pleased with their efforts, which allowed us to easily unpack the boxes items which were all marked and located in the appropriate rooms, bathrooms and living spaces.

Very personable and professional! The clean up was excellent... we has a lot of build up on the roof and gutters and they clean it all! They were very mindful of where the debris landed, and even move and rinsed our kayaks because they were getting hit with crud. A delivery guy even asked about the service and cost while the guys were up on the roof. Great work gets noticed! I strongly recommend Gehring Softwash!

My first contact with Gehring Softwash was with a gentleman named John as he was leaving a neighbor's house after a roof cleaning job. After a short, pleasant conversation, I decided to get an estimate to clean our roof. The next day, Kevin contacted me, came out, walked around the house and explained thoroughly the softwash process they use, and gave me a written estimate with several options before he left. The professionalism, friendliness and explanation without sales pressure was the reason I decided to hire them to clean our roof and siding. Corey arrived the next day and began cleaning the roof, gutters. downspouts and siding. At the end of the day, other crew members joined in the clean-up, which was exceptional; bagging up the moss and leaving our yard clean of debris. With a several other related services, I highly recommend them for your home maintenance needs.

Booked with Grant. Was lovely. Met with Jessie who did my estimate. Colin did the soft wash and gutter brightening. I inspected the work and it was very much subpar. Texted and Grant admitted that they failed to give me all the warnings of effects of my siding with their chemicals and process of cleaning because of a new hire. Yet nothing was offered to remedy the situation. Just a recognition of fault. Extremely disappointing and I’ve now paid $1200 for shiny gutters and a house that looks dirtier than it did before the soft wash. $1200 I could have put towards power wash and repainting the house. Extremely disappointing with little remorse for their faults.

I recognize I have an older home - and all the things that come with that. It’s the fact that there was zero warning or education of the effects that their process would have on my siding and house. And that’s just bad business.

We received the gutter/down spot cleaning, roof spray/moss treatment, and gutter exterior cleaning services. The service was quick, but thorough. Everything was explained well, and the cleanup was exceptional.

Everyone at Gehring is top notch! Their customer service was huge as I messed up scheduling them and another contractor on the same day. Even with Joseph on the way, they were willing to reschedule no questions asked. The roof looks great after the service was complete. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
