Bob B.better built sheds ( barns ) built. a 10 by 14 shed with outward opening doors, clear story windows along with a six foot overhang on the front. they built the whole thing in ten days and when they were done it was a thing of beauty. I highly recommend them to everyone. it could not have met my expectations more.

Natasha R.From start of getting a quote from Ally to the team that built the shed was a great experience. Any concern we had was addressed with professionalism. Very happy I chose this business. 5 starts plus more!. Great job!

Dawn J.From the beginning Susan was super quick to answer any and all questions. The design process was fun! One of our main reasons for choosing Better Built was some of quality details. Real Windows from Pella. Not aluminum shed windows. We chose a beautiful full glass door also. The ability to add an extension to the building sold me ! The Heritage model has eaves that are similar to our home. I can't say enough good about our experience!! Lots of communication before the install with a text message confirming too. The installation crew (Isaac and Sam) were so professional and kind! They worked clean and were here when they said they would be. They did a great job. I made them cookies the 2nd day for their long trip here and working in 30 degree temps with pretty thick fog too. We are extremely happy! I researched all the "shed" builders and by far Better Built exceeds them all from their quality customer service 24/7, installation, and financing options too. We can't wait to design another one ! Also looking forward to having a green house built. Thank you making our building process so painless and wanting us to do it again !!!

This was amazing the costumer service from ally was the best I have ever received and don't even get me started on the the builder Travis and Jonny best building experience ever. They told me it would only take one day and that was the truth. Thank you better built barns!!!!!!

Joshua B.From the 1st call to the completed project, the team from Better Built Barnes, Salem, OR was a great choice! The arrived on time, knocked out the build, and were friendly and efficient. They took the time to go over the process and what painting/calk sealing steps I needed to accomplish once the shed was built. Family and friends assisted with sealing and painting and the results are amazing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Better Built Barns out of Salem, OR (they also service Colorado where my shed was built). (Slant roof, 10' x 14' - 7' high in back, and 10.5' high front with double doors, single window, and two soffit vents)

I purchased a Better built barn shed in 2015 and it was built on my property, I was very happy with the initial experience until wood under my roof that extends over the porch started getting very wet underneath from several leaks. A couple of their builders came by and said that the little bit of moss on the roof was to blame, but they were going to follow up. I've tried calling to talk with the owner and he NEVER! calls me back to let me know what they are going to do about it. This has been the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Keep this in mind when considering purchasing a shed from them, because they are not very helpful when a problem occurs. I'm done calling them and very disappointed with them now and they'll be the last shed building business I call when I need a new shed built on my new property.
