The salesman was awesome! He kept me informed of what was happening and was quick to return my calls.
It seemed as if it was taking forever to get my solar installed due to the city's regulations and responsibilities. When everything was a go and the panels were delivered, the crew was on time. My panels were installed in a matter of a few hours. Now I'm waiting for the city to make their final inspection. Then I can turn them on.

Crew arrived on time, 7am, and quickly unloaded the equipment and Solar parts from their trucks.the crew members were very efficient in laying out the Solar components and moving them up on the roof.

The techs were very professional and informative about the installation and what would happen next. Blue Raven is all business... they don't mess around. I love it. Ask a question: answered instantly! Need to see a schematic or plan: poof, there it is! Their reps are casually dressed, friendly and extremely informative. When the time comes to move forward the documents come to your email, you review and sign and then things start happening without delay. The installers showed up in the morning, climbed around like spider monkeys on the roof with uncanny efficiency. They were done at sunset. Blue Raven arranged the city inspection. Done. The switch was flipped and now we run on solar power. 100%. Perfect. I am totally satisfied!

Blue Raven was amazing to work with! From the initial meeting all the way through installation, everyone was incredibly helpful and communication was awesome. We appreciated that Charlie kept checking in throughout the process and worked hard to get us the best rebates and financing. Everything was clearly explained at every step and they made sure to optimize the placement of every panel to ensure the best power output for our system. They also have certain guarantees for panel efficiency, an excellent warranty, and an app that allows you to track the function of each panel. With the constant increases in our electricity bill, we will end up saving a lot of money!

Seamless process. The initial consultation was professional without any pressure. Signed documents that day and that’s literally all I had to do until the team showed up to install. Blue Raven took care of everything with the city permits, working with the power company, and getting everything installed. Very impressed with the quality of the panels and the way they look. Definitely not the cheap solar panels and shoddy install you see on some peoples houses.

Well what can I say??? I have been totally against solar power from the get go. For some unknown reason I decided to listen to another sales person. They were with Blue Raven. When he was here he showed me a picture of the back of his parents house and said a transfer switch would be included with the price. The installer came…. I asked him about the transfer switch and he said he had nothing on his work order for that???? Hum??? So I contacted the sales person he said he would get back with me. After numerous calls about a week later I finally got a hold of him. He tried to explain to me that Blue Raven no longer was including the transfer switch. He then proceeded to tell me of another system that was better and that is what his parents have. I WAS LIED TO. Be very careful when dealing with this company

From initial contact to installation the process was surprisingly easy and required limited effort on my end. They make the process very easy on their customers and do 95% of the heavy lifting for paperwork. Cost-wise, competitive and arguably better than market norms due to limited responsibility on the homeowner for the process. Overall very happy with how everything went. Blue Raven Solar Crew #3 did our install and they were incredibly polite, cleaned up their work area, and got everything done well within the times I was given. - Justin Bruno 13.44kwh/32 panel install.

The crew arrived on time. Every team member was extremely helpful, friendly, and would take the time to talk to me the many times I came out to see their progress. Always patient, full of smiles and even had a different idea on my array which worked nicely. They never made me feel bothersome with my visits, questions and comments.

I highly recommend this company. From working with Jordan in the sales team, phone calls to schedule the appointment, the crew installing my panels, and Blue Raven scheduling my appointment with the city where I lived, were easy and everyone was so polite and accommodating.

A top-notch company, through and through!

Blue Raven has been very communicative throughout the process letting us know each step and next step along the way. I have been pretty pleased throughout the process. However I think an area of improvement might be with the installation crew. They were very friendly and courteous but I wished they had been a little more careful while in our house. Several of the workers went in and out of the house without any shoe protection or taking shoes off and left quite a bit of dirt on our carpets and then did not clean it up. That’s really my only complaint.

My thanks to Zach Heavy for helping us with our new solar panels installation. He was they anytime we had questions. We are now on solar power. Can't wait to see how much we saved by not using be our electric company. Thanks a bunch Zach for as LL your help

I had an amazing experience with Blue Raven Solar. From the day that Bryce came to our home to the day that the panels were installed I was impressed with the professional and friendly way I was treated. He explained in detail all the questions that were asked. The installation crew were clean and quick. Real quick! It took about 1 hour to install and get hooked into my electrical panel.
The whole process was uneventful and smooth!! I look forward to having my home be powered by clean energy from the sun. I have made new friends along the way.

We got our solar panel system installed in early September. The process for the most part was very seamless and easy. Our agent Zach Heagy did a great job explaining the process to us and what we would expect to get out of the system. We haven't run for an entire month yet, however, have made 643. kWh already.
