Blake, Sinjen and Max installed my heat pump. They worked well as a team, were polite, friendly and efficient. All my questions were answered and they were great with my dogs. I highly recommend them!

Best Heating & Cooling has been a pleasure to work with, they were the first back with a quote, any questions I had, they could answer in a way I could understand. While they weren't the cheapest bid, they were the best value for me. I was looking for a quality system with good installation and they came through on both. They let you know when someone is on the way and who they are. I believe they are large enough to provide great service but small enough to care.

Everyone at Best was friendly and professional. My new furnace and A/C units were affordable and work great!

From the initial consultation to the final inspection, this company was thoroughly professional. They provided a clear bid, executed the installation flawlessly, and followed up to ensure everything was done correctly. I interacted with five different team members, and every one of them was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each step of the process. After being with another company for 15 years, I decided to go with Best due to their better pricing, and I’m so glad I made the switch. I plan to continue using them for ongoing maintenance. Excellent work all around!

After 29 years of faithful service, my heat pump was saying that it was tired and ready for retirement. After a service call by Hunter, he confirmed that it was time. We sat down and discussed viable options and also why one of them would be a best choice. The next day, I recieved a call from the office (Andi (spelling probably wrong)) and set up a time and date for installing the new heat pump, The installers arrived early, and after giving them an orientation to where everything was located, they went right to work. When everything was done the space was clean and looked terrific. Time was taken to explain the things I needed to know about the new unit . Now I know why most of my neighbors use BEST for their heaating and cooling needs. I am sure that when I need service I will invite them back to my door.

My mom had an excellent experience with this HVAC company, and I’m so impressed with how they treated her. Kirby was outstanding from the start—his knowledge and professionalism really stood out. He took the time to patiently answer all her questions and explain the entire process in a way that made her feel comfortable and informed. The installation team was just as impressive—quick, efficient, and respectful. They got the job done with no hassle, and everything went smoothly. I’m so grateful for the care and quality they provided for my mom. Highly recommend!

Ounce again best heating and cooling has done an outstanding job. Ande made the install coordination a very easy process. We had a carrier mini split heat pump installed with two heads. Chuck and jose’ did a professional job from start to finish. Our old free standing gas stove is gone and our new carrier system is running great. Thanks again for job well done!

Once again Best Heating and Cooling provided us with 5 star care. Our Mini Split unit failed and due to its age repair of it didn’t make financial sense. Chris provided us with a couple options for replacement on a Thursday, we called Best that afternoon with our choice of units and on Tuesday Blake and a coworker arrived and did the installation. From start to finish the work was done with care and professionalism. If you’re in need of maintenance, repair or replacement of your HVAC system give Best Heating and Cooling a call.

My experience with Best heating and Cooling was excellent right from the time the telephone was answered up until Chris left our premises. The work was done very well with exceptional attention to detail, The fees they charged were very reasonable.

I especially appreciated the communication from them, there were text messages reminding me of the appointment and message when Chris was on his way.

Best heating and cooling is simply put the best. From the first call to get a quote from Craig in which he explained the process and gave us several options, to the one day installation of our new furnace and additional air conditioning unit (just in time) the crew at Best did everything they could to make sure the furnace was installed and working properly and the clean up afterwards was great. We certainly would recommend Best Heating to anyone in need of repair or replacement of their old heating system. Needed a new furnace and they were able to install it within days of the initial consult. The installers were knowledgeable and courteous and quite fast. I had a new furnace in a few hours with a warranty they set up for me, on my behalf. Best has a great reputation and I highly recommend.

Called in for an ongoing issue since install by a competing company. Justin was very professional, nice and cordial. He troubleshot the problem I was having of my heat pump icing up outside. He was able to find the problem with some of the original wiring and seemed to fix the issue now allowing the heat pump to go into defrost mode, which it has never done. He was very fair on the price and was assured his diagnosis will fix the issue. I would highly recommend this company based on my interaction with them.

I have had a wonderful experience with Best and the employees. Craig came out and got things all checked and measured, was able to save me money in a couple ways and financing I could afford. He definitely knows his job and was a pleasure to talk with. The office ladies were so pleasant, helpful and informative...they knew their jobs and were more than willing to help if needed. Chuck and Jose came out and put in my new furnace and the other necessary equipment., No short cuts were taken and there were some challenges that Chuck was able to take care of efficiently. They were very careful and cleared away any debris that the install created. Everything is so nice and having uniform heat or cool as needed will be so wonderful. Everyone of these people are such a credit to Best Heating and Cooling. Best definitely wants to do the best they can for the customer. I can't recommend them highly enough. 10 stars all the way. We had the best experience with Best! We have a very old house with multiple systems working in tandem and they were really knowledgeable. They were quick, had wonderful financing options, and great people! We've had a bad experience with other companies before and it was great to find someone we trust :) Customers for life!

Great company. Craig gave me the best option for a new heating/cooling system and it works so well. The installers did some small damage and the company sent a handyman to repair the damage and then did extra work. Very impressed

First time in 8 yrs our Radiance propane stove would not start. Excellent service by friendly experienced dispatcher Danielle. Knowledgeable, awesome, expert Tech Justin did a cleaning, removed carbon buildup, & solved issue. Staff is patient & answered all my questions, very professional business. Glad I received referral from Pratum Co-op propane, which is much better than expensive, rude Ferrellgas company.

Best was very quick to respond to our request for a quote on an HVAC system. Craig had done his homework prior to coming out which was wonderful. He had a quote for us and even had a rebate so the cost was very affordable. He explained everything in detail and we decided that day to go ahead with the project. That was last Friday and on Wednesday we had our HVAC unit installed. Hunter was our installer and Jose was his assistant. They were both very good and polite and got the work done in a very timely manner. Their work is top notch. Hunter showed me how to install the app on my phone so we can regulate the system from my phone. That will be nice when we come home from a trip and want the house warmed up or cooled down.
