Jessica at Cold Springs is fantastic. Besides doing a great job cleaning, I love how they are extremely reliable - no drama with scheduling, no last minute cancellations or changes. Highly recommended.

Kurtis was hired as a cleaner in November when I became a new Airbnb host. Initially, he was great and provided helpful tips/recommendations. As time went on Kurtis would overstep and act as if he was the property manager which was my role. This past month he called to put in a 30 day notice. The phone call was unprofessional and disrespectful. He told me we were going to fail, that I wasn’t listening to him on how to run my own Airbnb, and that the only reason I have 5 stars is because my prices are too low. He went as far as trying to call the other owner, who happens to be my brother and try to turn us on each other. We found this behavior bizarre, especially considering we hired him solely as a cleaner. After this notice is when we first got anything less than 5 stars for cleaning on Airbnb and constant complaints from guests about cleanliness. Unable to risk further negative reviews and substandard cleaning, I had to cut ties prior to the 30 days. I went over to check for myself and these are just a few photos from their last cleaning. My brother and I who own the property found this to be unacceptable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, for these reasons we would not recommend Cold Springs Housecleaning.

While my house is small a team of three did a fantastic job with wonderful attention to detail. So glad I found Cold Springs Housekeeping! Thank you all ❤️

When I walked into my house after the cleaning, I could
immediately feel how great they did. Inside of the windows, ceiling
fan, front of dishwasher- things that I usually forget myself but Cold
Springs attacked all of the little details. Fantastic job!! I

I not only use Cold Springs for my personal residence but also to clean homes prior to listing them as a Realtor. The team is beyond excellent and they check in regularly to see if there is anything special they need to focus on. Responsive is not a good enough description... text / call and they message you back literally within minutes. Its awesome! Way to go! I hate writing such good reviews because they may just get too many customers (just kidding)!

Cold Springs has been cleaning my personal residence for the last several months. They are extremely professional, prompt with communication, and have done a great job cleaning. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I look forward to a long-standing relationship with them!

I have had the pleasure of meeting both owners. Kurtis and Jessica are awesome. I can’t say enough about them two. Kurtis is great at doing the schedule and Jessica is great at keeping my home nice and clean. When I first hired Cold Spring Cleaning, I only met with them once and instructed what I wanted done in my house. The next time they cleaned my house was done exactly and accordingly as to what I had requested. The most important thing for me to have strangers in my house is safety. I feel very safe with Cold Spring Housekeeping. I feel I can leave cash or diamonds sitting around my night stand and nothing will be missing upon my return home.
If I could give these guys a 10 star rating, I would but it only goes to 5.
I highly recommend this company for any future customers looking to have a stress and theft free house cleaning.

Outstanding, responsive & understanding. My movers failed to show up 4 days in a row, I finally got a mover. Kurtis delayed & stayed in touch, while I dealt with the mover issue. He spent Sunday evening before my move out date to help me clean my unit. Awesome service, great conversations. He followed up while I was on the road just to know if the landlord had any issues. Would recommend to anyone preparing to move and want the place clean on move out.

Wow, the folks at Cold Springs Housekeeping are great! Upon meeting them for a move-out cleaning estimate, I knew they would be a big help to ready my home for sale. They completed the job quickly and continue to work with my realtor on odd jobs needed to get the property ready for listing. I would recommend them if you're needing a fast, efficient cleaning!

We have a difficult situation and Kurtis bent over back for us to help. His team spent hours deep cleaning our house for us. What surprised me the most was that it looked like our kitchen was freshly painted and the oven looked as though it had just been taken out of its crate. Thank you, Kurtis! You’re the best!

Kurtis is always easy to get ahold of, especially when I’m in a pinch, and his wife Jessica is a phenomenal cleaner. She pays very close attention to detail. The two make a great team and they don’t miss a thing.

Wow! What a wonderful company! They came out last minute to winterize our sprinkler system and even took time to answer some general irrigation questions in the process. Will definitely be calling them in the spring to get a quote for some backyard renovations.

I am so grateful for the professionalism and expertise of Eric and crew at Little Canyon Landscaping. After a fencing company punched through my sprinkler system in my front yard, Little Canyon Landscaping replaced it in a timely manner at a fair price. Then when my yard mowing company damaged one of the sprinkler heads, Little Canyon Landscaping promptly arrived to fix that. Finally, they are proactive about scheduling start ups and blow outs for me each year. It's just a pleasure to be so well taken care of by a landscaping/irrigation company.
