I just had great experience with Roth Homes. The service rep that I spoke to on the phone was friendly and efficient. She was able to get technicians scheduled for all my repair needs. Jimmy Meeks, the Electrician arrived just hours after my initial call. He was very thorough and explained everything very well. He was so personable, worked quickly and left everything in perfect order. I recommend Roth Homes would not hesitate to call Roth Homes in the future.

First of all Roth Home was very responsive to my text to schedule. My appointment was scheduled with in 15min for the next day! And Daniel Lopez Franco the tech was awesome and respectful and fixed the leak. I would recommend these guys!

We had the pleasure of meeting Chris Karn today to service our double sinks in our master bathroom. I would highly recommend Chris for all of my plumbing needs. We contacted Roth to get an initial estimate for a number of electrical issues we were having. They got back to us immediately and sent a person out the following day.
JR came out and reviewed our needs and provided us with an estimate for the work.
We expected to have to wait days or even weeks for the actual repairs, but JR was able to do the work the same day. Unbelievable!
We highly recommend Roth for any electrical work, and we’re especially impressed by JR, as he was friendly, knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality service.

The whole experience was great. My call was quickly answered and they were able to get David out to make an electrical repair the same day. David was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I would highly recommend using Roth for electrical repairs. Especially if you are lucky enough to get David as your technician.

Ethan Ouellette just finished the repair on my broken garage door opener. He was quick to respond a week ago when the garage opener broke, quick to assess the problem and put measure in place so I could open and close the door manually until the replacement part was received. I have an old furnace system that needed servicing. Roth had come highly recommended by neighbors who had a new hvac system installed. Roth let me know that Jake Bailey would be the one coming and they sent his picture as identification. Jake arrived promptly, was professional and friendly. He inspected my system and let me know my options. I felt confident in his skills and knowledge and opted for replacent/repair at this time. I'm hoping for a couple more years out of my system! It is indeed a rare thing to find customer service like I found today with Quintin Gooing. He came out to perform the comfort plus membership checkup and found a serious problem with my heat pump. Quintin went above and beyond to troubleshoot the issue and figured it out. No other technician that I can recall showed the attention to detail that he did. I cannot say enough good about Quintin. He took away the worry of not having heat for thanksgiving. I’m have family flying in. Thanks to Quintin, I am no longer worried. Roth home should consider themselves extremely lucky to have such a solid tech working for them.

Prompt, thorough, and friendly. Jimmy Meeks was an absolute joy. In town for just a day to continue our move in, and Jimmy came out to reconfirm an estimate plus quote added work including a car charger. He didn’t stop with a quote, like any other place I’ve worked with. We approved and he got the work done that day, at a very reasonable rate. Could not be happier!

Elliot was kind and friendly. Super efficient and fixed our problem right away. He was able to come quickly as we had no water overnight and he arrived bright and early and we are brushing and flushing again! He deserves a raise!

Ian came by to give me a bid on a whole home Generac back up generator system. I am very happy with the information he gave me and the plan we worked out. Competent, knowledgeable and and thorough and hope to have the system installed soon. Roth is an authorized Generac dealer which was important to me. Highly recommend Ian and Roth.
