Every single person that has come to our home has been so knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. Any time I have had any concerns or issues, I have immediately received a message and someone has arrived to check things out! I can't say enough about how amazing this company is! We were smart shoppers and received quotes from many different companies, but Sisters Heating and Air gave us a really fair quote up front. Other companies wanted the chance to match the quote... but since they didn't give us their best deal to start with, why would we trust them? We felt confident with Sisters Heating and Air, especially since they fielded all of my questions with such courtesy and kindness...and promptness! I wish that every company was this amazing!

I had an issue with my system and called Sisters Heating and air this morning. They scheduled a technician for the same day, arrived on time and rectified the problem quickly. Chase, the technician was polite, professional and explained the problem in a relaxed way. Would highly recommend Sisters heating anytime someone has an HVAC need and I do!!!

I have only had good experiences with Sisters Heating and Air. Recently they installed a new HVAC system and prior to that they helped keep my old dinosaur of a system running for the last couple of years. There was never any pressure to buy a new system but it was time. They were professional, helpful, and patient in answering questions and addressing concerns at every stage. A whole home air purifier was also integrated into the system. The entire installation process took only 2 days. I would highly recommend Sisters Heating and Air if you are in need of HVAC related services.

We were selling our house and needed someone to come out quickly to service our HVAC system. We initially chose the wrong HVAC company. They overcharged us and tried to force us to do expensive repairs that were unnecessary. Sisters Heating and Air came to our rescue. They made time for us, even though they were extremely busy to give us a second opinion. Sisters Heating and Air is honest and trustworthy. I immediately felt at ease. Sisters Heating and Cooling is very transparent with pricing and doesn’t try to force you to fix things that aren’t broken. They help you to have an efficient and well running system that will last for years. We had a problem the day before Thanksgiving and our furnace wasn’t running and family was coming. They fit us in within an hour and were able to give really wonderful service. They met all my needs and then some because there was a part that needed replacement and they had it in the truck and were on their way in an hour. Thank you so much. You now have a loyal customer.

Sisters Heat & Air id awesome. I’ve had two visits recently - one by Jerry for precision maintenance, then a follow up diagnostic by Chase when the maintenance visit found some issues. All got fixed quickly. These techs are super knowledgeable, explain what they are finding and doing (which I really like), and couldn’t be more professional, prompt, and courteous.

Easy to book our initial diagnostic visit for a Mitsubishi mini-split (ceiling cassette) repair. Chase (and his apprentice during the first visit) were understanding, professional, and efficient. The intermittent problem wasn't occuring initially, so they offered to leave without any charges and come back if it happened again which was very kind. Somewhat luckily, the problem reoccured before they left. While we had a very strange problem, Chase was able to diagnose it and order the appropriate parts. As soon as the parts came in, Sisters Heating and Air communicated that to me and arranged the visit around our schedule. Second visit was as fast as it could be. Chase again communicated clearly and was respectful of us and our property. The issue is fixed and the price was fair. We will use them again.
