Bowdy Johnson was our tech, he was very personable and efficient in his service call. He also connected me with a comfort advisor so we had all the cost options to solve our issues. Great team effort!

Super polite and helpful schedulers. They were able to send someone out the next day. JR was knowledgeable and efficient. I have an older home and he had to order parts. Even with that, the repair was finished in just a few days.

Eli came to our house for a dryer vent clean out. He arrived promptly for the appointment. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. His partner Dalton arrived with the equipment. He also was very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the procedure and showed us a video of the duct. Great technicians, great service. We will always call Roth for our service needs.

I had called to have hot tub disconnected today and they were able to schedule same day service. Tayler Bell clearly knew about hot tub electrical wiring. He was professional, courteous and did a great job safely disconnecting the complicated wiring of a hot tub. Its now ready for transport to new location and he also advised me of needed permits for new set up and that my connect here is not up to current regulations any more. Great job, done in timely manner, fair price, thank you.

Electrician Jimmy Meeks arrived promptly as scheduled, only a couple hours after I called the office to schedule the work. He was friendly, professional and completed the work quickly. He explained what was needed and tested things thoroughly when done. Highly recommend.

Excellent electrical job by Stephen (JR) Hanson and his colleague from Roth Home. He and his colleague (unfortunately, I don’t remember his name since I’m writing this review a couple of weeks later) worked very hard to get the three projects completed that day and get everything just right. They arrived and gave me an estimate and were able to do the work the same day. I appreciated their punctuality, cleanliness, and detailed work. We will definitely use them again.

We requested an inspection and cleaning of our heat pump. Matt was super helpful answering all of my questions and did a great job cleaning. He found a minor issue and did some preventative maintenance. I have already recommended their services to a friend. Great experience!

Mike, and his team really know their business. Mike took my call at there busy time of year and provided me a lot of assistance over the phone. He didn’t have to do that but I really appreciate it. When that didn’t work he then sent Joel to my house and he had the issue fixed in a matter of minutes. Very impressive! Thanks again Three Sisters!!!!

We just had an evaluation done for adding a heat pump to our 30 year old home heating system. The technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough in doing his assessment. He answered all of our questions and provided info on several options that were available for our situation. In the process of doing his evaluation he did an inspection and some minor maintenance on our existing furnace at no charge. He communicated well, explaining some technical things in a way we could understand. We were very impressed.

Mike and his team are great! Came out and diagnosed a heating system issue on a Saturday and had me back up and running with a replacement part within a couple days. Will use again and recommend to others. Support small business and they appreciate it!

Our AC went out at Brunchies and Sisters Heating and Air got us all fixed up in no time! Meghan was extremely helpful and friendly on the phone and was able to send a service tech out the same day. I got a text when he was in his way. Joel was able to diagnose our problem quickly and gave us all our options, even options that didn’t include their services. We ended up getting a new air conditioning unit installed on our food truck and Joel and Nick were super nice and friendly. They worked around us in the heat while we operated our food truck on a busy day. We had to leave to cater a party and they happily locked everything up for us. Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Joel came to our home today to fine tune our new HVAC system that had been mildly problematic since the installation last summer, (by another company). His knowledge and expertise quickly resolved the issues, and we are already more comfortable! Thank you Sisters Heating and Air, you will be the only ones we will use going forward. Happy Holidays!

I have been dealing with SH&A for over a year. The owner, Mike, and his crew have provided exemplary service. Each of the staff that worked on installation and follow-up regarding my heat pump have proven to be honest, reliable, responsive and above all competent. I recommend Sisters Heating and Air without reservation.

Chase did a great job and was very professional.

Needed a smart thermostat installed. Within one phone call (on the weekend), they were very responsive and timely in helping us. Joel did the work and he explained everything clearly. Great company. I highly recommend.

Joel Needed to return to Triage a thermostat issue and he’s like an Scientist. Ruled out one after the next and discovered and fixed the issue. Excellent trouble shooting and clear explanation of issue and possible solutions. I’d rate them better then a 5 🙌

Update: I am now on the service contract with them and have had a fantastic experience. For the Fall cleaning, Jerry was on time, incredibly patient with my two dogs (who wanted to "help" him) and took the time to explain any issues with me. This is well worth it to keep my mini-split and gas fireplace in working order. Highly recommend having them clean out the dryer - i had thought I was up on it re the lint trap but there was a bucket (!) of lint etc from their cleaning. As always scheduling was breeze with Meghan. We are very lucky to have them servicing our area!

Such a refreshing experience! I had them come out to take a look at my existing mini split. Mike W was fantastic - took the time to go over the system with me, answered my questions and gave me great advice on upkeep. I was so impressed that I signed up for a service contract for the mini split and my fireplace. Never once did he attempt to upsell me or make me feel like I was being pressured to make a purchase.

Scheduling was a breeze- Meghan at the office not only got me on the calendar right away but kept me posted on ETA which was fantastic given my work schedule. The office and the owner really went above and beyond- they caught a permitting error and worked with the original installer to have them correct it. Highly recommend !
