We had an issue with our NG Fireplace and from my initial call to service ( Sheila ) and to the technician ( Anthony Marshall) that came troubleshoot and solve the issue the service was 5 stars. Called on Monday … home visit scheduled Tuesday and problem solved in 30 mins. Automated system notification was a bonus reminder tech was coming.

Comfort Flow always does a good job. Bryan is our regular service tech…he comes twice a year and goes through our two heat and a/c systems thoroughly. We’ve used Comfort Flow for about 40 years.

It is not often that I look forward to a visit from a contractor but that’s not the case with Comfort Flow! They are kind, professional, and their work exceeds my expectations every time!!!
I hired them for this job after installation of two heating ducts in my rental units. Now they are installing new wiring in my triplex to upgrade my 100 year old building.
Jarrod and Cole are exceptional! They ensured my tenants cats were safe and that my dogs were never let out of the fence. My tenant wasn’t ready for their visit and they want above and beyond to help him move things around.
I wouldn’t trust anybody else!
