I am so impressed with Jco Heating & Air. I had several companies out to bid a new ductless system for my house. Jco was the only company that took the time to explain why I should size the unit properly. Other companies wanted to install a smaller unit. Now, knowing this, I notice when I go to my friends houses, their units struggle to keep up. Mine has no issues whatsoever and will likely last longer because it doesn't have to work as hard to keep up. Thank goodness I had Jco out to bid this job.

I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The unit looks great and works amazingly well. I can't say enough how great the whole experience was.

I had a small project, a couple of light switches to move from a wall I removed to another wall. Melissa got back to me promptly and scheduled an appointment a couple of days later. Todd, the electrician, showed up right on time and did a great job completing the job. He was professional, friendly, and left the job site clean. Highly recommend!

We had great interactions with Todd and Joshua who came to our house to install and hookup our Mini split system. They were very kind and pleasant to work with! 5 stars for those guys and a great product!

Todd came and put a plug in for us in the fireplace, so we could have a gas insert installed. He is amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable and explains everything. Such a pleasure to talk to, very polite, and considerate. We will absolutely have Todd do more work for us soon. Thank you Todd so much for the awesome job you did. We appreciate you so much. Had Jco out yesterday. Todd the electrician was a Rockstar. Had a transfer switch installed and, he was an absolute professional. Fast friendly and easy to deal with. I have found my new electrician. I'm a small business owner and an employee like that would benefit any business! Thanks Todd. And thank you Jco. Don't let this guy go.

Professional, timely, and great prices. They did a fantastic job upgrading our electrical panels. So much so that we upgraded our gas furnace with them too. I highly recommend these guys!
Update: contracted with them for a ductless system for our new house one year after the original review. Still great doing business with them. Same consistent and professional work. A pleasure returning to them.

JCO has been great to us! We installed a hot tub and they were friendly and efficient about setting up the necessary wiring, plus they were handily the lowest quote. We were impressed enough that we had them back a few months later to repair a wall-mounted space heater and it took Todd less than 30 minutes to get us up and running.

I had a really disappointing experience with JCO in Springfield, Oregon. I scheduled an electrician who worked at my house for about 3 hours and 45 minutes, then had to leave for an emergency—not on my end, but theirs. He came back later and was only here for another 15 minutes. Despite that, I was charged for five full hours of labor plus materials, instead of the accurate four hours.

When I reached out to the owner to explain the issue, he brushed me off with a rehearsed explanation about how it costs them money to come back out. I understand overhead, but I don’t think it’s fair to pass the cost of their emergency onto my invoice. That time shouldn’t be on my dime.

I tried to reason with them, but they didn’t care. If you’re looking for transparent and fair billing, I’d think twice before hiring JCO.

Jco provided exemplary service in all phases of replacing my heating and cooling systems. Estimate-Zero pressure, fast response, and Craig took time to share his vast knowledge on best options and how to work in my price range. Installation- Everyone was fast, efficient, clean and friendly. They took the time to teach how to use the new system and didn't mind re-explaining. The ionizing filters have been life changing-making it immediately easier to breathe. The unit itself-Beyond expectation!! Quiet, efficient, great value for money. If you are asthmatic, have long covid, allergies or other respiratory problems this is a game changer and Jco is the team to bring it to you!

Todd was FANTASTIC! He made my freezing garage not only tolerable but a space I look forward to being.
My entire world has been changed, and I will be able to provide better services to my clients now that I will be warm!

Only checks parts on Mondays & Fridays so if your part comes in Tuesday-Thursday you just sit without heat until they get around to checking parts! Over two weeks without heat now! Will never go thru them again! Today is Monday, called around 2:30pm was told they had another shipment that would be in at 3pm, they would check the shipment and call us back. Never received a call back! Terrible follow through!

We've been using Jco for our electrical jobs for several years now -- they've always been friendly, up front, easy to work with, and performed quality work.

We've had their HVAC techs out before and they've always been friendly and knowledgeable. The office is easy to work with for scheduling, ordering, and paying invoices.

This January, we hired Jco to replace our natural gas furnace and AC/heat pump units. They arrived when they were supposed to, they called ahead to confirm times, and were friendly. They worked efficiently and respected our home.

When the install was complete, they helped me set up the new thermostat and explained its features and the app that comes with it.

Everyone we've dealt with at Jco has been super friendly. Every staff member we've interacted with has been helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is kind of unparalleled in this day and age. It's great to support a local business and build such a great relationship with them.

I am so grateful for the Jco team! I had no idea what I was doing and my house was very weirdly wired, they got me all set up and were so kind and helpful and affordable for such big tasks to get everything in order.

They were referred to me by my roommate’s family, who had previously hired them for a ductless heating & cooling installation at their house & were very impressed with their service 🙂 We went with a 3 unit install at my house for full house coverage. Wesley & his crew were very professional, polite, friendly, & hardworking!! Wesley put in a lot of attention to detail & hard work while making sure the ductless units were installed to my liking & in the proper locations. One unit needed to hang where an important wall hanging of mine was - Wesley did a custom install on that unit so we didn’t have to move my wall hanging! He & his crew went above & beyond! The units look & work great! 5 Stars! Highly recommend!! 👌

I have spent thousands to make sure my electric is safe. I purchased a ductless heat/AC from them and paid extra for the warranty. After 5 years of regular maintenance, I mentioned to Corey that I needed the regular maintenance because my heating system wasn’t keeping my house warm. Because of that statement, she entered my service as a diagnostic rather than the maintenance I asked for. Thanks, he checked the pressure and cleaned a screen for $199.00. I asked him about it and said he didn’t have time for a regular service. I told him the lady I spoke to talked a lot but didn’t seem to listen. He said, “I know who you are talking about”

I called on 2/16/26 at 8 AM and service got completed before 11 AM on the same day. I had no heat for 3 days prior and they got me up and running in no time. Noah was the tech who helped me and he was exceptionally friendly and skilled. Explained everything he was doing and helped me understand maintenance in the future. He was just a step above and exceeded my expectations in every area. Greeted my dogs, took his shoes off and was really easy to work with. My first experience with JCO and I will definitely be calling them for anything in the future.
