Dan himself came to clean our windows last year and he did an excellent job. He had the tallest ladders for getting up to our very tall skylights and cleaned the windows inside and out perfectly. He also knows all about how to take apart our old double paned windows and clean inside where they have gotten fogged up or dirty. Although I only worked with Dann directly, I can imagine that he would run a business up to his own standards.

We've hired BCC twice now, and we're very pleased with our experience. Scheduling both times was a breeze, and we did not have to wait long for an appt. The staff, both on the phone and in-person were personable and polite.

The quality of their work was exceptional. They paid very close attention to needy areas, helped move small furniture around as needed, lifted items off the carpet while it dried, and they were careful with our furniture and belongings. We will continue to hire them for our carpets!

Aa great job cleaning my carpets and stairwell--the spot cleaning was very effective and the carpets look almost new again. Jim was our technician. He was personable, efficient and skilled. Great! There were many stains due to a very sick dog and Scott got them all out. My carpet is nearly 20 years and and looks almost like new. Although this is my first time for using Brothers, it won't be my last. I highly recommend them.

Excellent experience! This was my second time using Brothers. This time I had them do more extensive work because my first experience was so good. Wayne was the gentleman who cleaned my carpets. He was very polite, professional, on time and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me before he started and gave me my quote before he started. My carpets have never looked so good! And you know when you have used other carpet cleaning companies and there is a smell afterwards.....not with Brother’s Cleaning! There was no smell at all!
